The meatballs are AMAZING. Not to mention the grilled asparagus. And the mashed potatoes!!! So. Good. Presentation is gorgeous. Staff is friendly and professional. You can tell there is a lot of thought and experience in all of this. Delicious. Beautiful. Very impressed.

I have no complaints. Mark served up some of the best sliders I've ever had all while serving them in stunning fashion! My husband happens to be gluten free so we had to make sure the food would fit in with his diet, and oh boy, did it. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, Mark offered plenty of advice and options for us and it all came together perfectly!

If you’re looking for a wedding food catering company with a wide variety of options (helloooo s’mores bar!), delicious food (I’m looking at you, prime rib), fantastic pricing and staff that is so friendly and easy to work with, look no further! Mark Petrey and the Cosmo Catering staff made our wedding a hit with our guests! The whole process of choosing what food we wanted was extremely simple and working with Mark to plan it all was a breeze (he always responded quickly to emails and picked up the phone when called). It was also nice to know that if there was something that we wanted changed on the menu after we first discussed it, it wasn’t a huge deal. The quality of food we were given was fantastic and so was the price! From dinner to dessert to cake service to making sure plates were cleared, the staff was amazing! We actually also used them as our bar service, which they also did a fantastic job with. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change anything! Mark and the staff at Cosmo Catering are fantastic and we would definitely recommend using them for your wedding caterer!

I promise this will be worth the read. From the moment we met Mark we were not impressed. He never showed any interest in catering in our wedding. My husband and I got married at Louland Falls in June and he was the preferred caterer ( we were also told he and his crew were excellent and we didn't want to pay $300 to use someone else) so we had faith, after all, hes been in the wedding business for years. From the first email I sent him I let him know that I have celiac and he said "no problems I've catered tons of weddings that required gluten free!" So again, I was excited and had a little faith. About two months before our wedding the amazing Lize (previous owner of Louland Falls) announced she had to move away to be closer to family for medical reasons and she was leaving Louland in the hands of Mark. I instantly had anxiety. I told my fiance and my mom and they felt the same way. We met with him to discuss details and the whole time he was bad mouthing Lize, saying awful things. I almost walked out. As the wedding got closer Mark emailed my mom (she was a huge part of planning) asking for specific details for food as well as for the venue. A few days later he emailed me asking for the exact information my mom had sent him. We made a plan to speak on the phone about the details again after I'd sent them with my moms email attached. He then wanted to speak on the phone about the same details, so we set a time. I called at the agreed time...no answer and full mailbox, so I sent an email letting him know, hey I called when you are free I would love to talk about the details!- kind of thing. Nothing. So later on I call again, same thing, email sent. I get an email saying he will call at 6, so I made sure I was home and had everything ready and waited...until 6:45. He still seemed like he had no idea what was going on. He asked who was taking care of the linens and I explained that my mom was and some other things were going to be delivered. My anxiety grew. The NIGHT BEFORE the wedding, he calls my mom and asks "So who is taking care of the linens?" Are you freaking kidding me?? So lets get to the day. He never followed up with the room divider and cake table linen delivery and when he was told it wasn't under the brides last name he asked, "what other name could it be under?". My mom went full on momma bear. He had no idea. So now food. He assured me he and his crew had catered "tons of gluten free weddings!" Since me and only one other person required gluten free buns I asked for only 5, so we both could eat and I could have some to take to the hotel after....there was one gluten free dinner roll the size of my palm. And then, one of ladies serving gave my husband his regular all gluten bun, then grabbed mine without changing gloves or taking any precautions that we had spoke about, so I couldn't eat it. I only ate fruit as nothing else was gluten free.. As the night was winding down one of the ladies asked if I would like a plate to go and I asked if there were any gluten free buns left...nope. Just the one. I didnt have a chance to eat until we arrived in Mexico at 5pm the next day. Btw..gluten free requires more money. No one saw him the whole night. Thank God weddings don't revolve around food. Other than Mark and cosmopolitan catering, our day was a dream. I would not recommend at all.
