So I'm at Cup Bop... I know, I know - fool me twice, shame on me, and all that. But I had this gift card so I wanted to use it. I've been here for maybe 15-20 minutes at this point. Not a single person has been served their food since I arrived. It's not even busy, there's nobody new placing orders. It's just about 15 of us waiting for food. And curiously, there are about 15 full bowls on the counter. Like all the orders look basically done to me, except they don't have sauce. Which is sitting on the counter next to the bowls. Most of the employees are just kinda whispering to each other, then looking at the receipt papers on the counter, then looking at the bowls, then looking at the receipt paper, then bowls, back and forth. At what point do I just reach over and take my bowl? Oh and there are two employees vaping outside. Which, if I worked here, I guess I would be outside vaping too. Another fun day at the Cup Bop.All I can think at this point is, gee, I'm glad they put my rice and meat in a bowl about 20 minutes ago, so now it's sitting on the counter getting cold.

I love Cupbop but this location is not it. The food was all very soggy and there were no vegetables in it (even though according to the menu there’s supposed to have veggies in my order, and I have ordered this before at other locations).There were no napkins for customers to use nor paper towels in the restroom. When asked about the napkins they indicated they had run out of them - Never been to an actual restaurant that has had this problem before.Between having my order wrong, and a mid atmosphere inside, I do not see myself coming back to this location.

The Kioask they have you place your order on while 4 employees stand there and watch, glitches and takes forever!!! Don't pay with a giftcard, that creates even more problems. 25 minutes later when everyone in line behind us leaves because they are tired of waiting. We pour complimentary cups of water on tables to clean them because they are all dirty. 3 out of 6 of the meals were wrong.

We went here thinking that when we give them money, they give us food. This is only a philosophical concept here. If anything, you can view your money as a charitable donation because they will take your money and not give you your food. Some would ask, is this an escape room where the only way to win is to make the food yourself?

Went in and ordered in store. Took 25 minutes to get our food while the manager sat at a table in the corner. Employees behind the counter were not working quickly. When I received my order, it was the wrong thing. However I was so tired of waiting I just took it. 8 other orders were prepared for either online or other customers before mine while I was waiting for my order. Cupbop is good food, but the service at this location was awful.

I went in there last night grabbing food. I had easy specific instructions for my orders, and they still got them wrong and it took like 30 minutes to get two bowls. Normally, first time offenses, I would wave it off, but this is like the 3rd time. The managers (or persons looking to be employees or higher staff) had personal belongings all over the place, and when there was a rush, didn’t even lift a finger to help.

Waste of money. It's a fun concept, but the food and uneducated staff made it awful. Everything was cold, and had clearly been in the hot hold for hours. The kimchi is some of the worst I've ever had.
