It really saddens me to have to write this review because I absolutely love this taco shop. Last time I went to eat with my family I had chicken tacos and use toppings from their topping bar. When I tell you it was the worse food poisoning I got in my life. My son also also had chicken tacos but didn’t use any of the toppings and he didn’t get sick causing me to believe that due to lack of sanitation lack of refrigeration of the toppings in the topping bar was that I got severely sick.

Yeah both my husband and I got good poisoning 24 hours later. The torta bread was hard and you could tell it was old hence I didn’t eat it and threw it away.Their “lemonade drink” was very nasty it didn’t taste like lemonade.Overall the place was not clean and it got us sick 48 hours later. We love supporting local places but please be clean and try to stay clean. The staff gives you “looks” first and last time we come here ?

They lost me forever. The main reason I came to this place is because the tacos de pastor are original (pastor en trompo) as is the carne asada (charcoal-grilled meat, as it really is in Mexico).A week or two ago on a Tuesday, when there is a promotion on tacos, I ordered several to-go orders of asada tacos for myself and my guests. The surprise was that THEY SENT ME MEAT TACOS COOKED ON THE GRILL, NOT CHARCOAL ROASTED. It tasted plain, without seasoning, so basic that it seemed like I was only eating beef pasta. I was disappointed and embarrassed by the people to whom I had recommended and ordered these tacos.

Clean like a Guatamalin grandmother has been cleaning it for 30 years. Lite smell of Fabuloso. The food is phenomenal. If you want to try some Mexican/central American food that you have never even heard of or know how to pronounce, this is the place for you. All of it is good. You show up to the place and you go “ is this a restaurant?” And then you go inside and there are 100 people in there. Festive happy workers. Don’t be confused by the line, just get in a line and get some roasted meats off of a spit.

So good! My husband lived in Mexico for a while and is always disappointed in Mexican restaurants. This place had him on cloud nine. He said the al pastor was just like the taco carts in Mexico! They have the trompo that he is always looking for. Unfortunately they were out of pineapple tonight, so we'll have to come back! The agua de limon was authentic too. He was so happy.

Not the best or the worst place in the area. Their prices for sure make it worth it and their Al Pastor is tasty. I feel like the tacos here are better than their food truck in the Smiths parking lot.

It is practically no longer the same as shopping in carts. The good: A spacious place, seated, they offer you jalapeno and grilled onions, you can eat without cold air or dust. The bad: the food is not as good as in the stalls, the Chicken, Suadero and Cabeza meat feels dry. And in general the tacos with other meats are tastier at the street stalls of the same business. Something that definitely annoys is that they play only one type of reggaeton music ? And especially if there are no big tables and you play near the horn ???Today is Nov 3, 2024 if I come back later and they have changed those small details, I will obviously change my comment to a five star one ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish you luck, very good business!
