First I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars. I think people just settle for mediocre food.My bad experience was with each item i ordered. Super dry chicken I know it wasn’t from the same day, and if it was, it might be because they burn their chicken. As I was waiting I’m looking at the guy who always wears a mask, (by the way no personality), turning the chicken that looked black. I understand you don’t want to serve undercooked meat, but c’mon!! Green salsa was off, I paid $5 extra for guacamole, all I did was taste it and went into trash. Broccoli like always flavorless, mash potato was ok. No regard to your customers who keep this place afloat. Shame on you!

The family meals are expensive now and the chicken pieces are so small.The last few times I purchased the chicken was overcooked and dry that no one ate it. I will not be returning.

I came to eat here yesterday with my 3 kids, and it was the WORST experience ever. I was ordering food and this lady was talking crazy to the manager there, she was yelling and cussing in Spanish, im Latina so I understood everything and i personally was disgusted with how she was talking to the manager. I definitely lost my appetite from that experience. She was yelling in front of costumers. I believe her name was Alex or something along those lines I didn’t catch her name. But definitely go over your staff because that was out of line. Ruined my experience yesterday. This all happened around 3:15-3:20 pm.
