Growing up eating at Litzas Pizza, the experience that I had was a dismissal display. They say they are under new management. I'm not sure that that was the problem it was / is, but the pizza was not enjoyable. I am sad to say I will not be returning to a childhood favorite.

Do not go here, unless you want to get ignored. Sat in the booth for 20 minutes, nobody came to take our order. We left due to poor

I like to get a pizza with sausage and olives in memory of my Mom. That was her favorite pizza. The pizza here is unique and I enjoy it once in a while.

Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my pizza, but the employee who helped me when I went to pick it up went above and beyond in making it right. Thanks for the great service and of course the amazing pizza!

Every time I come here I'm waiting for an eternity to be served and waiting an eternity to get the food. I don't think I'll be back anymore due to their lack of efficiency.

Don't waste your time. We've been waiting for an hour. Understaffed and service was bad.

The hours on this Google website are wrong. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays and they close at 8pm the other days. Drove all the way and they were closed with a sign explaining their hours. Horrible experience.

It is sad to see our favorite pizza place not being able to have their business open to sit down in Taylorsville. It is really sad to see what Covid has done to businesses all over this country. It has made people lazy and not willing to work. May God Bless Us and this country!!!!

Staff seems to be actively avoiding orders. Online orders don't get confirmed and hangups when calling in orders. They seem to be leaving the phone off the hook. Which is a bummer because the food is great.

Terrible food and service. Order was placed before hand to be a pick up, yet we had to wait for around 15 minutes first for the the car in front of us to receive a SINGLE burger. The car behind us ended up leaving because it took too long. (No option to go inside the doors were locked ) When we did get up to the window, the cashier seemed annoyed that we were there and reacted negatively when we asked for another side of ranch. Along with this, the person who took the order was quite difficult and didn't seem to understand us wanting to add simple toppings to our pizza. When pizzas were opened to be served, one was partially raw, and toppings on the salads were scarce and served weirdly. Never going there again, it's sad since it was such a staple in our childhoods, but has gone down hill SO much

We had some issues. After talking to management they did a great job taking care of it.

There are a few locations in the valley and this one is the closest to our house I've never had a problem at the other ones but literally the last 4 or 5 times or order was significantly wrong and they refused to acknowledge it saying they weren't at fault even when we make sure they repeat it all back to use on the phone it's a real shame because it is good pizza just bad service at this particular location
