GUESS WHAT I GOT INSTEAD OF MY HALF NO SAUCE COWBOY PIZZA, YEP A FULL SAUCE PIZZA!!! NOT HAPPY THAT I GOT TO EAT NO DINNER BUT RAMEN NOODLES TONIGHT!!! THE ORDER WAS EVEN READ BACK TO ME JUST HOW I ORDERED IT!!! Guess the pizza maker just couldn't read the order before throwing sauce on the whole pizza eh?? Thanks pizza maker for ruining my pizza night!! Not to happy that I got to watch everyone else eat pizza and I Ramen noodles!!!Ricki

I've always had great experiences at this location. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and I've always been happy with the pizzas. And I hope that the Thai Chicken pizza stays as a permanent menu item, because it is so delicious!

Called ahead about a coupon being offered through T-Mobile Tuesdays. The person I talked to on the phone (who I assume to be the manager) told me to bring the coupon into the store. Once I got in store, they told me they don't accept coupons in person and I should have entered it online and then told me that it wouldn't have mattered since 3rd party coupons are invalid. Contacted the company through T-Mobile Tuesdays and they said they are an active member of their coupon service.

I tried using a fundraiser coupon app called LaunchPad here, they said they don't take it despite this location being listed in the app. I checked with the fundraiser company, they confirmed Papa Murphy's at this address is definitely a valid location. I tried it again, same location and despite showing them the coupon and the email they still say they don't take those coupons. This really shouldn't be that difficult to figure out.

I expected prepared food ready to eat. But NO. Papa Murphy's has decided to cut costs and Not cook your food. You have to do it. I needed something to eat now. But since I had ordered online and went thru the drivethru, I could not get my money back. Even after cooking it, the calzones did not taste good at all. I had to eat something else. DO NOT waste your money here. What good is this place? If I wanted something I had to cook, I could buy better at the grocery store and save money. This place is a waste of time and money. Go anywhere else but here. This was the first time I have gone to this place and it will be the last. Lesson learned. This place does not have ready to eat food. Just some raw dough. No thanks to that.

Ordered delivery and spent about $50 on three 12 Thai Chicken pizzas that were supposed to come with PEPSI. Well it was delivered on time but I received a 2 Liter of Diet PEPSI and three 12 inch Herb Mediterranean chicken Pizzas. Not happy at all!!
