Fries are to die for. Service could use some improvement.

Server only stopped by to take our order and to give us the check.I got the Smoke and Pepper burger. There was no bacon on it, and they threw a cold piece of cheese on there without melting it.

How do you stay in business? It's 6pm, all the tables appear empty, the bar is empty, and a 15 minute wait? Holy hell. Your neighbor has a drive thru 20 cars deep, all day. Maybe pay your people more? I don't know. Good luck.

Very bad customer service. They tell you they are going to do something, they just leave you waiting and don’t get back to you. They do not take care of their customers.

I’ve been ordering the Red Robin Cheeseburger for years. Different states, cities and counties. It’s always consistent in taste and quality, except for this time. This is my first visit to this location and the burger was not the same as any other Red Robin I’ve been to. The patty was weird looking and tasting. It was crumbly and broken in half. It was very thin with big puffy buns that I could never really taste the meat. My daughter in law had a different burger and said her meat seemed normal but looked at mine and said “yes that looks weird “. I will never go back to this location again.Might be the reason we walked right in and got seated and there was not another single person waiting.

Red Robin, Yummm? Not so much. If it weren’t for the AMAZING waitor Sergio I would have thrown my cold fries on my husband, but he was already cold so I didn’t want any to add to it. I got the boneless wings and I guess heat less too. they were also cold… needless to say I left with hypothermia. Burrrrrr!!

The food was amazing. We had two burgers, two beers and an order of chips and cheese. Came to 70 bucks ????. Our server had the most IDGAF attitude that you'd think we were in a high class French restaurant, not just some over priced burger joint. If you've got the money to burn, you can't miss with these burgers. But if you have more than two brain cells fighting over third place, I'd spend my money elsewhere.

We sat in the bar, dinner with friends before a Grizzlies Hockey game. Service was ok, food cane out fast. Drinks are great. Server forgot a cou9ke things, corrected them fast.Parking: Parking lanes are narrow, not to smart people always go the wrong way. Parking atalls are super small. Just be careful.

If you want to sit and look at a table full of dirty dishes and food while you wait 25 minutes for your food to arrive cold then this place is definitely up your alley. Even the manager couldnt be bothered to clean up the table after he walked by it. Definitely won't be returning here.

Disappointing Dining Experience at Red Robin in West Valley City, Salt Lake City, UtahLocation: Red Robin @ 3601 S. 2700 W. West Valley City, Salt Lake City, UtahAs I arrived at Red Robin, my expectations were high. The promise of gourmet burgers depicted in their pictures drew me in, despite the tantalizing proximity of In-N-Out Burger just a short walk away. Hungry after a long journey, I eagerly anticipated a satisfying meal. However, my experience left me deeply disappointed.Firstly, I must commend our waiter, Brenden, for his efficiency and speed. He took my order promptly, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The food, arriving lightning fast, was underwhelming in every aspect. My chicken sandwich was cold, a major letdown for a dish that should have been warm and comforting. The Caesar salad accompanying it was tiny, but luckily I was able to get a 2nd at no charge.Disappointed by the initial offering, I voiced my concerns to Brenden, asking for a "hot" sandwich. He suggested a simple burger, assuming I'd get an "add-on" price and hoping it would be made to order. Well, it was warm but tasted like my free lunch burger from elementary school. The burger was indeed warm, but it was basic and unremarkable, hardly justifying its hefty price tag of yet another $13.99.I was surprised with the bill at a shocking. $33.74 for two small sandwiches, small salad and a drink felt like daylight robbery, especially considering the lackluster quality of the food.In hindsight, I regret not opting for In-N-Out Burger. For less than half the price, I could have enjoyed a more satisfying and fulfilling meal. Instead, my hunger remains unsated, and my wallet significantly lighter. In conclusion, Red Robin at West Valley City, Salt Lake City, Utah, failed to live up to its promise of gourmet dining. While Brenden's service was commendable, the cold, overpriced food left much to be desired. If given the chance, I'd opt for In-N-Out Burger without hesitation.

Our server Chandelle was amazing, she took care of us and was accomodating. However, the food was far from acceptable. I gracefully ate my cold fries that was shockingly was worse than frozen fries I buy at the grocery store. The burger wasn't great either, it was as cold and dull as the fries with burned edges. It tasted more like a $5 burger than something you buy at a famous restuarant. Oh and the food took forever! We had to wait around 40 minutes in a not so busy restaurant to get our mediocre food. If I went back, I'd go only for the courteous service.
