It was really good and it sucked to stop by today and see that it was closed but also that all of there stuff inside looks like they’ve gone out of business (machines wrapped up to move, all fixture unplugged and randomly placed, materials in boxes etc.) Hopefully they’ll open up somewhere else.

Recently discovered this place thanks to my boyfriend. I love it, and we both randomly crave Shiro Kuma all the time now! Snow cream is so much better than ice cream for so many reasons and I was completely unaware of it all until trying this place. I wish there were more locations, and lately they've been a little inconsistent on their policy about whether or not they'll accept cash payment... sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't, and theres no real way to know unless you call and place the order ahead of time. Other than that slightly annoying inconsistency, I have no complaints. Any mistakes they've ever made on an order have always been quickly corrected with no extra charge or hassle. I hope more locations pop up someday, I never want to experience life the way it was before Snow Cream again.

Absolutely amazing ice cream and bingsoo. You have to try their banana shaved snow! It's freaking AMAZING. I love how many topping they offer and how you can create it however you'd like. They have a coconut / dairy free option which is delicious. I really love this place. They also have yummy bubble waffles. Definitely will come back here.

My favorite dessert place ever in Utah. My go to always is the mango shaved ice with condensed milk! Totally recommend! Soft and creamy and delicious!

I am always telling folks about this place! I love bubble waffles and the snow cream. I will eat a mochi bubble waffle with no toppings and just enjoy the subtle differences in flavor of the different mochi pearls. It is also great as pictured with strawberry toppings. When they started doing savory bubble waffles I had a hard time choosing which one I wanted. So we get both and share. I also ADORE the snow cream. I get the Taro because I love all things Taro flavored. You want to make sure you get the sweetened condensed milk as a topping with at least one fruit. I love the texture of the snow cream and that the Taro flavor is not overly sweet. The last time we went they had very limited seating due to Covid which was a bummer but totally understandable. You do what you have to do to keep us safe and your doors open.

This place is a great place to get dessert. The ShiroKuma team should honestly build one closer to SLC. They'd get so much business as their dessert is so niche and won't be found elsewhere in SLC. Please build one in SLC!!!
