I would do a 0 but not a option. First I went to the drive in and the screen was broken plus the people next to me was doing a drug deal. So parked in a different spot and pressed button to order waited 10 and nothing , finally I got a message saying Son was on his way, waited another 10 minutes and nothing. So I went to the drive thru place my order for 3 shakes and chili cheese fries. Waited another 15 minutes and got or food. My turtle truffle shake only had 3 tiny pieces of chocolate on top and the rest was vanilla ice cream. My real banana shake had not a piece of banana in it, all are shakes were melted like it was sitting there for a while. The chili cheese fries were good but I paid $28 for melted vanilla ice cream!? Never coming back!!

Waited far too long to just order about 20 minutes, I figured probably just short staffed. Decided to go through the drive thru instead of the drive in area, placed my order got a turtle truffle shake, the guy wasn't too happy and when i received my shake and it was melted, absolutely no truffle in sight just a melt vanilla shake what a waste of time and money. Will definitely never be coming back. This was at 11pm.

This place is a hit or miss, lately tho the food has been a miss. They forgot things in my order most of the time or its something completely different. Mario needs to do a better job at managing his employees. The service here is slow here most of the time, the kids working the drive thru always have an attitude, sometimes they seem to be high which is unacceptable, there needs to be something done here. I think I know the difference between root beer and diet Dr Pepper. That manager is a liar! Every time I come here they never get my drinks right. That is not a 44 ounce that’s not even 30 ozes.

I've come here for a long time, and Mario is the best way to start your day. It's been like this for years, and the service is consistent. I've never had an issue with my order, but I also always check before I leave just in case.
Only went for half priced shakes. The food is ok. The burgers are pretty good, ain't gonna lie!

WORST service I have ever received. Forgot half of my order I went back and the girl literally gave me attitude about it. The popcorn chicken was sooooo dry and they didn’t give me the sauce I ordered. Why was she giving ME attitude because SHE forgot stuff in my order? I should’ve been the one mad as I had went home and had to go all the way back for my food!!! I wish I would have went to McDonalds. They would’ve gave me my entire order and it would’ve been cheaper. Popcorn chicken was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. The corn dog was overcooked tenders were overcooked. Fries were soggy.
