The food was excellent!! The line to order food was quite a mess though. All I had was one protein bowl and a few people in front of me were still having sandwiches made and adding soups. Seems like the whole process could be done a little better and more efficiently.

The employees here are amazing but the lack of topping on your salads has just simply gotten out of control. I got 0.5 oz of chicken on my avocado chicken salad, I weighed it (also lol at the 1 cherry tomatoe I got, 3 peas, and 2 slices of avocado ?) And if you want them to put another 0.5 oz of chicken on your salad they charge you $2.50, and if you want 3 more peas, that will be nearly $1. I’m still starving! I can’t support paying $17 for lettuce and a little cup of soup. I won’t be coming here anymore.

I’m incredibly frustrated right now. I door dashed a salad and soup, I did not receive the salad dressing that came with the salad. I called the store and was told I’d have to come into the store for them to be able to do something. I should not have to drive to the store 20 minutes away when it was their mistake. Very poor customer service.

This place was amazing. Food was perfect. Delivered immediately. Presentation was impeccable. Faster than McDonald's with a product comparison to an upscale restaurant. Very pleased highly recommend.

Upon entering I stood in front of the counter with two employees and they didn’t knowledge me at all. We stood there for 3 or 4 minutes awkwardly until a lady came out and took my order. It’s been a few years since I’ve had their food but I think some shrinkflation has been going on. The turkey bacon avocado sandwich only had a couple pieces of meat. I was excited to get the lobster bisque but it seems they’ve changed the recipe and although theres more stuff in it, it’s lots it’s rich flavor.
The power bowl was delicious as well as the chicken enchilada chili. Love the rolls and you always get a chocolate covered strawberry with your meal ?

I enjoy Zupas the one in salt lake and sugarhouse are ran well. This Zupas in woods cross is ran by high school students. Unfortunately they are not efficient in their food handling.Quality of food is ok. Not a big fan of the “fill out the screen” tip ask. For what? I ordered the Carmel rockslide brownie. It’s was not freshly made.

Bountiful Location!The food is usually quite good but they are making the new curry bowl wrong. My “bowl” was more like a salad, with half of it being spinach. The menu ingredients don’t list spinach, and they aren’t using spinach at other locations. Instead, the portions were tiny and it was mostly spinach. I asked a manager if it was correct and they said it was. But it wasn’t. So disappointing.

I order via mobile app and they had curbside so I chose that. I was told my order was ready for pick up and I went and parked in one of the designated parking spots and notified I was there for my order. I waited 22 minutes in my car and no one brought my order out, so I went inside and picked up my order only to find out it was ready and just sitting there. If you offer curbside I shouldn’t have to be leaving my car and going inside to pick up my order.
