Went here for lunch and the service was terrible. One lady was on her cell phone and then made the comment that she didn’t want to be there. People who came in and ordered after me got their food before me and my co workers. Wasn’t asked what type of fries we wanted. No one acted like they knew what to do. Worst service ever.

This used to be such a great place to eat but the atmosphere is nothing to brag about anymore. As a fellow customer service worker there are so many red flags at this location. Not greeting customers when they arrive which makes people feel as though we are a bother for coming into your business. Right from the start Employees complaining about customers from the kitchen so loud we can easily hear it from the counter. While eating in the dining room we can still hear the Employees complaining as well as the manager on duty and her staff cussing and such dropping the F bomb while stocking the dining room. This behavior will drive your customers away. This is in no way a professional way to act in the customer service industry. The food was good but definitely getting it to go next time.

Done an online order and when I showed up they were out of roast beef. They can't do refunds in store so you have to call corporate and wait on them to refund. Arbys app is a joke.Update: its been almost 2 weeks still no refund for food they could not provide for cause they were out. This company is trash, I've called customer support twice already and still no refund. I understand places run out of food I just want my money back which should have happened that night. I gave them 30 some dollars and left with nothing and had to go get food else where.

Outrageously overpriced.Pulled up to the drive thru menu, took a look at the almost comical pricing and laughed my way down to Cheddar's where I enjoyed a great steak meal for literally the same price as the chicken sandwich combo at Arby's.Never again, Arby's. It's time the price gouging be called out.Dollars spent - ZERO.
