I asked for an iced coffee that was sweetened. I got one that did not have any sugar whatsoever. My husband took it back inside twice before I got even a hint of sweetness and I was only asking for a little. Bagels were good. Doughnuts were okay. Tasted stale. When someone orders sweet coffee that is what they want. They weren't listening. Probably playing on a phone. Definitely not paying attention. Plus we sat in line for 15 to 20 minutes before our order was even taken with one car in front of us.One of my favorite places. Highly disappointed.

This place has never gotten my order right. The workers are RUDE and extremely unprofessional. Not sure what her name is but the little girl at the window during the day (Monday, Wednesday) has the worst rbf (probably because she is one), never says hello or speaks in general. Throws food through the window and slams the door shut. Keep that girl out the window cause the next time i come through and she’s there I will drag her.

We basically stop here every morning before we go to work so it's about 3:30 am and the guy is very friendly!
Busy drive thru, still fast, friendly & delicious. I enjoy the quick lively banter at the window while briefly waiting for my order. Manager's Special chocolate glazed, vanilla frosting filled donut with coffee..... Mmmm, so good! Don't order inside unless the drive thru is empty.

Every time I have visited this location, I was greeted instantly and warmly. That treatment, other than food and beverages, is what keeps me going back.Parking: Plenty of parking for everyone.Kid-friendliness: I saw children being talked to in a friendly manner by staff.

Thank you for working but need to focus on what customers order and do more training!! I ordered a small hot coconut milk macchiato (My usual) and it up receiving an espresso and COLD coconut milk in the small hot drink cup. Still pay and go home to put it in the microwave. Thank
