Boy making my pizza wasn’t wearing gloves and he was talking to his friend while playing with the cheese. Scooping it up and pouring it over his hand back into the cheese container.

I ordered online and was right across the street. I was tired after spending five days in the hospital with my son. After waiting in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes after I got the text that they were on their way, I called asking where my pizza was. The manager didn’t apologize and when I explained that I had ordered it from them because it was just across the street the manager hung the phone up on me. When the delivery guy showed up he told me it was rush hour and they were short handed. I asked him if he really thought I deserved and should eat a 30 minute old pizza. I got no comment. Funny how people just expect us to except bad service!!! I would have waited longer for a fresh pizza. I ordered from Pizza Hut instead.

I'd give it a zero if I could. I worked at Papa John's for years in Maryland. My mom called in an order of wings "extra crispy" where I'm from when run them through twice long as a pizza both times..If you want extra here tell em x7 this is a disgrace. By the way these were $19.99 delivery not including tip. Save your $$$$ get real wings not frozen small garbage

We got a pizza last night. My 3 year old daughter and I have been sick to our stomach since last night. Feeling drained and sick. Staying in the bathroom for the majority of this day. This is ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s the amount of grease or if something contaminated the food or what but I do know I had 2 pieces of pizza and my stomach is still tearing up. Definitely won’t be eating here again.

I ordered Pizza back on 4/26/23!! I was advised that the order would be delivered in 45 mins,! After about 1 1/2 hours I called and the manager adv' they where waiting on an Uber Delivery Driver & my food was sotting in a window' getting old & cold??' I asked why PaPa Johns' had to use an Uber Driver & Logistics for the Company didn't have and pay for there own drivers?? Something about certain days of the week they used Uber??! The manager only wanted to give a free drink? when I requested a refund? When I refused the free drink' citing' I wanted a refund' he abruptly hung up on me??' This was quite rude' behavior being treated like that as a Guest' & a Customer' I later contacted the Corporate number to make the Complaint' still with no food' & advised everything that happened' I was supposed to get a Call back from a General Manager in 24-48 hrs' That Never Happened! The Food showed up 2 1/2 hours later ccld' & old! I just looked at my bank statement' & see where I was still charged' with no resolution' & Complaint was closed out' without even reaching out to me' to acknowledge the complaint' much less take Accountability & Responsibility! This is how a business loses revenue' and customers! Not sure if the Health Depart needs to get involved as they think it is ok' to deliver food that has been left out to spoil' and get cold! All the way around' I will be using' Domino's from now on' Who has a Very Friendly Staff' Delivers Hot Food On Time' & Has a Tasty Menu' & Recipes! As for the Refund PaPa Johns was supposed to provide' I'm still waiting' for Regional or District Manager on second req' today to reach out' after initial request was utterly ignored & closed out' w/o my permission!! Terrible business practice! This is the first & only time I have ordered or dealt with this location! I'm sure other Customers are being treated like this as well.. Sad' they llost a Future Customer "s"!! There is a phrase called Zero' Tolerance' For a Reason!

I'm leaving two stars because the food it's usually decent but it's the service that makes ordering from there miserable. I've been hung up on several times and the manager hid from me when I arrived to pick up my food. I was not irate or screaming I just wanted an apology for being treated so rudely. Never got the apology and I'll be honest we do still order from there because we can't justify driving over an hour to a different store.
