So disappointing to spend almost $20 on Taco Bell for myself and two others and to be left hungry after. Either I went on the wrong night or they have scaled wayyy back on the amount of filling in their foods. Literally no more than two tablespoons of food in the tortillas. Better value to order from a restaurant for a few extra dollars and actually get full.

It's April 2nd and I just went through the drive thru and got my food and when I got home I had half a bag of nacho chips in my bag, the rest of the food was so very skimpy it had almost nothing on it, but normally it is decent but I have no idea what they were doing tonight but I'm very disappointed in the meal I received. The employees there are getting bad about the way they make the food and if it gets any skiimpier there will be product for people to eat.

We ordered few things in which the tacos where okay but some of them had very less stuffing and the Mexican pizza was so disgusting it was stale I had to slip it out it ruined the taste of my mouth. They need to serve fresh food!

This Taco Bell location is good during the day but I've had problems with it at night. Orders being incorrect burnt food and overall bad service.

Food was fresh, hot, and fast service. Team was extremely polite and very kind.Parking: Due to fast service and planning this parking lot makes the thru traffic steady and leaves the parking lot plenty of open spaces for dine-in and drive thru customers.
It's 12:02 am on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. There are 4 cars in the parking lot. Knowing the lobby closes at 12, I pulled through the drive thru. As I pulled up, loudly through the speaker I'm told, WELCOME TO TACO BELL, GIVE ME A MINUTE. After 5 minutes and no response, I informed the drive thru attendant through the speaker that I just had a doordash order...thinking that the order may be done already, and also, that I wouldn't be adding to how much work they already have. Her response was louder than before and quickly, Yeah, well we're busy (4 cars) right now so come inside and get your order. Confused, since the lobby closes at 12, I pulled up to the window. I told the window attendant that I was the doordash order and that I'd come inside but I knew they closed the dining room at 12. Ignoring my statement, she says, oh and we don't have nacho cheese for that whole order sorry. She walks away, and another worker approaches the window and says that they are holding on nacho cheese and that I needed to get out and come inside to wait for the order to be finished. I again asked about the dining room hours. She said, we're leaving it open due to the situation (unknown, outside of running out of nacho cheese and having 4 cars total). My first issue...is this service isn't just questionable, its "Day One stuff". Rude, loud, demanding and commanding. I was never asked a single question by these two employees...think about that. My second issue...whether the lobby had closed or not...I have the right as a Dasher to choose my method of pickup. Especially if I've injured my leg. Finally....I could elaborate on more specifics of this poor experience...but I'll just get to my third main issue...the order took a VERY LONG time. I'm not sure what caused them to be so flustered...they kept saying multiple times each, that they're VERY BUSY...again, nobody in the dining room and 4 cars in the drive thru, from the pick up window to the person ordering. These were adults...and they knew that their service wasn't acceptable...but I'll entertain the possibility of this happening due to poor training. All that being said... I've managed fast food before. Both employees, in my opinion, should be disciplined for their rude behavior as well as their disregard for my reasoning for picking up in the drive thru instead of inside. One brunette, one red head.
The worst place to eat! They got my order wrong then gave me this chalupa that looked like it had been sitting in grease all day! I don’t recommend at all.

Horrible customer service, you sit at the ordering screen for a minimum of 2-3 minutes before your order is taken, with nobody in front of you or behind you. Very rude to door-dashers and people just trying to do their jobs. You can expect to wait in line for at-least 20 minutes. Place needs new management and new staff!

The food was hot and made correctly, but the problems were that service was a little slow, and the dining area was quite messy. Again the food being the most important part it was good, correct and not cold!
