Had given this place two stars while there but seeing my pic of the gawd awful excuse for a hot Pastrami sandwich I am taking down to one star. I am surprised my husband ate this. I would have probably given it to my pooch. The coffee was terrible and the service was not friendly or competent. Did not have pastries but I suspect they look better than they taste-and other reviews I read confirmed it. The entire experience was Very disappointing.

Staff are super friendly and willing to explain their cakes and flavors. Their key lime tart and macarons are some of my favorites.Some of their cakes can be dry, which I guess is expected if it's sitting out for a while. Good flavors, just cake texture can be varied.Today was a little weird because there was a parchment between the layers... So eat with caution I guess? I'm glad I wasn't bringing this to a party or something.

Well, first time i was there and they have good amount of cakes. But unfortunately non of them has label what kind of cake are they. Everytime if something i want to know what kind of cake is that, i had to ask employee. It was kinda annoying. I believe that wouldn’t be hard just label cake names on tray.I got 2 slices of cakes. One i guess she said that was Black Forest and other one something with mango. For me taste wasnt good, top of it instead of using fresh fruit inside of Black Forest they used canned cherry( at least it taste like can cherry).

Rude, passive aggressive staff certain days . Came in today and asked my coffee to be a certain way and when it didn’t have syrup in it, I politely asked for her to put it in there. She pointed behind me to the milk and sugar packet station. Before I could even say the syrup wasn’t there. She looks at a group of guests and says “ so sorry bout that anyways “ . This is my favorite bakery in Alexandria that I take all my loved ones to and will continue to do so. But hoping I don’t run into the staff from today ever again

Unfortunately got sick from the breakfast special here a month or so back. Pastries may be a safe option, though I’ve noticed they are often not the freshest. I recommend skipping this shop.

They have a nice variety of pastry items here plus lunch options. But the service needs some work. The girls behind the counter were busy talking among themselves. I waited a few minutes but they kept at it, and didn’t stop until we interrupted their private conversation. Poor service.

Today was Mardi Gras. I was trying to order a King Cake for my clients. I went to several places prior, and they were all sold out. I tried my hands with this establishment and was amazed. The customer service was impressive, and they were very friendly. A must try for the experience!

Such a cute place! Super-friendly young staff this morning, eager to please and polite. Food is good if not gourmet, but hey, this is a suburban strip mall, so far better than average. Desserts are gorgeous! ?
Soo disappointed with my cake, I order a gender reveal cake and the colors of the cake were horrible nothing for a gender reveal I told the lady that I wanted pink and blue on the outside and those color nothing but poorly colors, the cake super dry and not to mention the cake was 80$ which it wasn’t even worth the money I pay. I you know that you're not able to make a good looking cake just say it. Super disappointed with this bakery specially because it was recommended by a friend. Never again. Do your self a favor and don’t buy cakes from here. I would add a picture from the cake but I didn’t even want to take a picture ?

The mousse heart was good. The two cakes were dry. Everything looked good, but tasted eh. There were no prices or names on the desserts, so I couldn't tell what things were or how much they cost.

Very casual dining. You can pick your seat when you come in.Hot plated order served quickly. I had simple eggs, bacon and potatoes. Potatoes were niclely made with sautéed pepper and onion strips. Coffee was hot and fresh with a splash of mocha. Delicious!
