I've frequented this location and ordered online, and it is always fine. I placed an online cake order on Wednesday for pick up today, and I received a confirmation email that my order was in the works. My husband went to pick it up, and the staff was unable to locate the order. While I appreciate being refunded, there was no apology, and now we're stuck coming up with a back up plan for a birthday girl who thought a pancake cake was hilarious. I would recommend confirming with the store that your order was received to hopefully save you the disappointment of no cake on your birthday.

Had the worst cappuccino blast. Management needs to work on quality control. It had chunks of ice and was so poorly blended it separated in layers. I would have been better of getting an iced latte :(

Was craving ice cream so I wanted to order for my mom and I. We both love rum raisin and didn’t want to get out of the house. So we decided to Uber eats some. However we noticed there wasn’t a rum raisin option and we knew they had it from ordering it prior to today so we called and the nice guy who answered told me a flavor to order and he’d replace them when they came in. Overall great service

We came in at about 8:30, and the maskless teenagers that work here told us they were closing early. They didn't want to work anymore than night. Not how business works, children. I said that, but one of them offered to fight me cause they didn't want to work at "a fuckin ice cream shop". Nice. Just wanted some ice cream. Advise against even trying to get anything here.
Do not order a custom cake here. If you do, don’t prepay and have a back up plan. I paid $50 for a themed cake and it looked nothing like the photo we selected. It was supposed to come with three characters on a a baseball field and they did not put them in the cake. When I asked for them they offered a full refund but no solution. Not what you want two hours before your party. Very disappointed.

I called to ask if they have blueberry flavor ice cream and the guy said YES. I drive there and the same guy says he thought I was asking about donuts or drinks and that they don't actually have the ice cream.
