Order made incorrectly and VERY messy. I understand that these are children working here. However think about how you would like your ice cream presented to you. My sister’s entire bowl was covered in ice cream, fudge and hot chocolate that she asked for on the side. The girl used the spoon that she handed to my sister to wipe off the counter. I asked for a waffle bowl. I got it, however it was inside of a clear bowl that had the ice cream dripping down and the fudge from my sister’s ice cream all on the bowl. I realized it was placed inside of another bowl because the waffle bowl was broken. My first and last time going here.

Wow !! I had been here many times in the past but today will be my last. I will only go to the Manassas location from here on out. The owner operator is needing an education on customer service. Really really rude. Hopefully this location can get new ownership.

Bruster's ice cream is amazing. I love the Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye and Butter Pecan and the staff is so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.

Had never heard of this chain before it popped up near the Wegman's. Their BOGO coupons convinced me to give it a shot and I'm glad I did! The waffle cones were fresh, delicious, and handily housed two large scoops of ice cream (my preferred order). Flavors that stood out include: coffee, black cherry chocolate chunk (legit had sizable chunks of cherries buried in the ice cream), strawberry cheesecake, and butter pecan. I look forward to future visits, especially in the summer.

Ice cream scoops are super small and the prices are expensive. I don't remember Bruster scoops being this small in out areas and states.

Was excited to see a Bruster's was coming to my area when they were working on opening the store because it's this is an ice cream shop that was in my college town. The service was great, the prices are very reasonable, and the selections and changes of flavors is what I love the most. I've been telling my friendly and friends to check them out. I know I'll be back, specifically for the many options they offer.

Ok so this ice cream is realllly good. It's creamy and smooth and delicious. They had a few Halloween flavors and whatever the chocolate peanut butter one was, it was delicious. So glad we have a good ice cream option close by. Also free pup up with purchase. Four stars only because there is nowhere to sit, you order at the outdoor counter and wait around. Sometimes in the cold rain lol

Love the seasonal ice creams and they have coupons for a BOGO offer for waffle cones until 3 Dec, which is awesome! I had the Caramel Apple Crunch seasonal ice cream and it was SO delicious. Ribbons of caramel and so tasty that I forgot to take a picture. May have to go back to get another! Great location with good service! They have benches and tables outside as far as ambiance goes, but they are clean and have umbrella coverage which will be nice in the summertime.

Fresh ice cream that offers free pup cups and baby cones for kids <40”?! Definitely worth a go!Many many flavors available, to go pints, and ice cream cakes. You order from an outside window (no entry into store) and pick up at another window. Very nice people here, please remember to tip if you can afford to!

Very good ice cream . However customer service can be a little better. I just picked up my online order just to stand at the window and not be acknowledged . I waited patiently until my turn and the employee was about to take the next person after making eye contact. What's the point of a pick up window if the staff doesn't know to service it. I got home with my three pints of ice cream to find no napkins or spoons.

The store owner (James Woodland) at this location is truly a wonderful human-being!!! Fridays and weekends are golden at this location. True to Bruster's mission statement... family and contentment is motive. The ice cream or frozen treats are always delicious at Bruster's and the family events this locations provides are welcoming and wholesome. Cheers to continued success James... you deserve it!!!

I'm so glad a brusters opened up here, hadn't see one in a looong time! Like I remember it's awesome ice cream served at the window where me & my friends just hung out, kind of like the landmark Rita's (for the locals who know what I'm talking about). I need to try a bunch of other flavors but so far the Caramel apple crunch and strawberry daiquiri are amazing!

I grew up going to Brusters with my family. Was soooo excited to hear we were getting one nearby. They opened a week ago and I’ve already been twice. Lives up to my nostalgia and has all the favorite flavors I remember. The owner and staff are so friendly and are doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend.
