Our experience here is not representative of the excellent customer service at most Chick Filet locations. We have to drive 20 minutes to get to this location. We placed an order inside at the counter to make certain that our son could receive safe food since he has celiac disease and requires the “red flag” allergy order that is known at all Chick Filet locations. We ordered a regular non-allergy meal and then the red flag allergy order for our son who needed grilled nuggets on his Cobb salad. We got home and learned that not only did the location not give us the sauces we requested, but despite the receipt clearly stating a red flag gluten free grilled chicken salad, my son’s salad came with breaded chicken on top. When I called the location, not only was the supposed manager completely uncaring about their error, she seemed annoyed at my informing her that my family had to drive back another 20 minutes to get the meal we requested. By that time, the other meals were cold. When we requested to have both of the meals replaced since all chicken and fries were cold, this was done reluctantly. In fact, the manager sort of conveyed the problem was our fault when they clearly caused the mess up. “My pleasure” is not taken seriously as this location.

Nice place... clean with a very conscientious staff. Food rather mediocre and bland. I had a chicken sandwich, and comparing it to Popeyes, Wendy's, or even McDonald's, if rank it 3rd or 4th.Parking: Large shopping center with plenty of parking.

This chick fil a is always dirty and justifies bad dine-in service by pretending it’s still the pandemic. If you come at night even though a bunch of people are just standing behind the counter not taking any orders, not one will go to clean tables or sweep under them.They don’t serve meals on trays, inconveniencing dine-in customers and creating endless needless waste, even though the restaurant is packed by dine in customers. They don’t bring your food to your table making you have to sit down and get up when your name is called.They try to say their staff is short but - that doesn’t justify giving bad service with what you have and - their staffing is anything but short as tons of teenagers stand around doing nothing.And even though every meal is made for take out, they leave out napkins as if the customer were dine-in, doubtless frustrating many take out customers, and making many dine-in ones have to get up every time. When I asked them to pack napkins and why they habitually do not, they said “that’s for you to go to the condiments stand for.” If you’re going to justify being too lazy to serving customers at the table and only do take out, then at least do take out right.At least the one in Crystal City is clean and includes napkins.Not all chick fil as are created equal. It’s a function of the franchisee. Avoid this one.

This location chronically under-fills their fries. It’s happened to me dozens of times but today is the day I finally write a negative review for it.Additionally, it’s surprising how often this location messes up orders placed in the app. On paper, that should make it harder to mess up because it’s one less point of failure, but instead you get things like the photo included with this review, where the bag *says* no pickles and instead you get *extra* pickles. Infuriating. And I get it being a little wrong here and there, but when it is consistently wrong, it’s a problem.I, for one, will not return to this location for a while. I’ll try again in a month or so and if these simple problems aren’t addressed, I’ll just go to another chain going forward. Plenty of other options nearby.

I would like to state my experience with this location. I ordered food here, from a food service app and I got someone else’s order because this LOCATION messed up with the order with someone with the same name as me. I contacted the support from the app I ordered my food from before I contacted them, and it was a whole back and forth on who needed to do this and that. I even called my driver and he said he even showed them my order on his phone. So it was a mistake on the employees here not the driver nor the app I used. When I called this place the FIRST TIME they told me I could come and they’ll make my food. Whole reason why I ordered the food was because I have no car and have a very young baby at home. The employee said well we can just make it to you tomorrow or you can come? How I don’t have a car? My baby? I went as far as contacted the person of the order I got and told her I got her order she told me she went to this place and they fixed her meal with no cost. By the time I kept going back and forth and waiting for a refund nothing was resolved with the service I ordered my food from. So I called back to just try to get someone to re make my food and I find a way to get my food. The manager answered the phone and was pleasant at first then when I told her I wanted to speak to a manager not knowing she was had a very unprofessional attitude towards me, she put the supervisor on the phone I told her what happened and said nothing they could do but fixed the other persons order that I got by THERE MISTAKE but couldn’t fix mine or give me something in return is not fair and really just messed up. Don’t trust the employees here, please check your food when you order from food apps tell your drivers to make sure it’s your order. Because this unpleasant situation happened to me and I can’t afford for others to go through this or loose money like I did.Zero stars if I could.
