Our grandson’s end of season basketball team party was held at this Chilis. It could have been crazy like herding cats, but it wasn’t. The manager was so well organized! He had a room just for the team with tables set ahead of when we arrived. Promptly took our orders and delivered them quickly and accurately. Servers were great! Manager was amazing. The food is always great! The service isn’t always the best. Usually experience at wait to get a table with my family of five. This is after the lunch rush before the dinner rush. As well as a long wait for our sever to appear. Along with ordering appetizers and them coming out the same time as our regular food and usually one part of the order messed up. Not to mention the last time I came I felt rushed out by the server.But the food is great and the price is right! So we’ll keep coming back!

we came in, they told us there was a 20 minute wait. we waited and got sat. no waiter came for like half an hour! we just sat at the table waiting, and many servers passed by and didn’t even look at us. we ended up just leaving and the hostess just watched as we left. wasted an hour of my life to completely be ignored. terrible service. people around us were being waited on left and right and nobody even looked at us even though we tried to wave people down. so frustrating

Ordered some chillis to-go and had quite a bad experience. I eat at this chillis a lot and have never had a reason to complain before now. However, this to-go order was the most hideous dish I have ever had the displeasure to pickup. The taste was okay but severely cold and I only like 4 minutes away and I showed early for the food. My advice only eat in the restaurant and I promise you will have a good time.

The potato soup was returned because it tasted like a bowl of flour. The hamburger was OK. My coworker had to remind the server not to cover the top of the drinking glass and other items with his hands.
I eat here somewhat often and I have a very good experience every time. The food comes out fast, not a long wait for tables, and the atmosphere is good. Inside is not crazy or loud for children.
Still go ole Chili's. Terry and Sydney are our favorite servers EVER. Terry didn't disappoint great server for daughters birthday dinner.

The 1st time I went, my friend and I left because after being seated, we waited 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order. We decided to give it another try, and the service was still really slow, but the server was nice. The fajitas were ok. Steak was chewy, and the chicken looked like the frozen strip you could buy at the grocery store. The chicken wings tasted old like they had been cooked days before and reheated. Most of the attention is focused on the bar area. I know it's a family-friendly place but just loud over all.
Excellent food! The potato soup was Delicious And filling! Our server has been there for as long as we have been going! 20 some years!?! As usual, Fantabulous!
