Ugh this place! I have tried many of times to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But your best bet is just to go to Mission barbecue, better service better food. The service here is terrible. Nothing is ever ready. It seems like it’s always ready to close before it is ready for the dinner shift.

Horrendous service … this location should be EMBARRASSED of itself. After getting an incorrect order, NAS… who told me he was the boss and wouldn’t give any info on his superior, basically said he knew he messed up my order and wouldn’t give me any additional info. Apparently NAS is the boss of dickies so I warn EVERYONE as someone who orders from this place weekly ( and it definitely isn’t cheap) stay away or be met with the worst customer service you could possibly experience. To prove my opinion… just call this place before ordering and you’ll see EXACTLY what I’m talking about. When I called I didn’t get “thank you for calling dickies” or “dickies barbecue” … I got “sup”. Oh, and he knew he messed up my order and hung up on me. Can’t wait for this place to close and a decent BUSINESS to open in its stead.

Usually when I go to Dickey's, I get the two meat combo, with my choices usually being brisket and pulled pork. The meats are prepared well and I'm rather fond of the moist brisket, but the pulled pork is good as well. I would caveat that by saying that the meat dishes can be a little bit on the dry side, so I would really recommend getting some barbecue sauce along with your entree. You also can't go wrong with the macaroni and cheese as a side. One thing that is consistent about going there Is that the staff is cheerful and friendly, which is always appreciated.Something that can be a bit of a challenge though at times is getting good parking in the area, since it's usually parking spaces that border the street in the shopping area, and if you want to actually park in a lot type area, it's a little bit of a walk over to the restaurant.

The 2 ladies working were very friendly and nice. I got the pulled pork sandwich with the spicy barbecue sauce and it was outstanding and the restaurant was clean as well.

I recently had a delightful experience with Dickies Barbecue, and I must commend the owner for their exceptional service. Despite a miscommunication about my Thanksgiving turkey order – I requested smoked turkey, but received Cajun turkey upon pickup – the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their sincere apology was followed by a personal delivery of the smoked turkey to my house on Thanksgiving morning, ensuring a perfect holiday feast. The level of dedication and service displayed by the owner is truly unmatched. Not only did I appreciate the swift resolution, but the smoked turkey itself was absolutely amazing – a testament to the quality of Dickies Barbecue. Highly recommended!

I tried the 3 meat plate and it was outstanding. The brisket, pulled pork and kielbasa were tender, juicy and delicious. The crew was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

It's easy to ruin pulled pork, so I give Dickey's three stars for its moist, hickory smoked pork piled on a toasted bun. Service, fries, bbq sauce are nothing to write home about. I am enjoying my Sammich but next time will try Mission bbq down the street.

A little annoyed that the sauces I paid extra for ended up on the bottom of the bag because they just threw them in. I tried calling but nobody answered. I had to wipe things down and call the delivery service to get a refund. Quite an obnoxious experience. Please put the sauces in with the food box on top of the paper, or if they don't fit, stick them in a small, tight bag in the mix of it so it won't come undone. It is a lack of attention to detail and customer service to just toss them in.
