I would describe this as what Chipotle use to be. It is just quality assembly line Mexican. It taste good and you don't feel bad about yourself afterwards!

I'm totally dissatisfied with my order. Not because of the flavors of the food. I wouldn't expect to get great Mexican food on the east coast. I was actually mildly satisfied with the flavor of the food. What I was disgusted with is the fact that zero utensils or napkins were provided for Nachos with guac. The fact that I'm staying in a hotel with none of those simple yet essential amenities that a reasonable person might expect for a curbside pickup, consequently ruined my evening. I shouldn't have to tell you that paying $25ish for nachos with queso, sour cream, and guac might require such tools to eat. Regardless, I powered through and did the best I could with my god given appendages, only to result in less than good Mexican food on the hotel room floor and food slobber all over my hands, dripping down to my elbows! Granted, the food may have been better if I didn't have the added flavors from licking my hands, but what do I know? I don't know, but maybe even a few more chips to help scoop it all up would have helped! Of note , I would have taken more pictures of the mess, but didn't want to ruin my phone.

Who voluntarily eats here? My $15 w/ tax steak burrito was small and basically consisted of eating mouthfuls of soggy rice. I ordered nearly every other topping available. I know it's a popular chain, but why?

Bring back the old District Taco! Wrapped tacos get soggy so quickly, bring back the red trays for eating in. Bring back the salsa bar, too. Also, napkin dispensers on the tables and the fun bilingual flash cards as indicators to deliver the food to the tables. Many of the great distinctions between DT and Chipotle are gone.
Charged twice, I placed an Uber eat order with buy one get one free! When I arrived I found one order, the manager Johnathan told me to place another order and he will cancel one and i get the refund. He never did and I ended up paying double!!

It tasted pretty good I got the $20 burrito. Not thrilled about the tortilla that seems a stretch like rubber and then fall apart
$12+ for a third of those big paper bowls?! I know it’s 2024 but dude, when i saw my portion size, I thought I got a kids meal. Complimentary Parking my a**. Here’s the real deal, you’re paying extra for a clean & wide open country experience. A rarity in Old Towne Alexandria where almost every business is street parking, tiny & cluttered with wholesome junk.So if you’re short on time, want space & need a 15-30min break, this place is great. If you got plenty of time, there is PLENTY of other fine Mexican dining experiences around town that are not over $10 a plate… in 2024, yes, they exist.Parking: During lunch, parking may be tight.Kid-friendliness: Bring your annoying kids here, they’ll have plenty of space to roam.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open spaces for entry.

Great food! We ordered the vegetarian taco and quesadilla, and both were fantastic. Employees were very helpful, especially since an overeager customer took our food accidentally, and they had to remake everything! We will definitely be back. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating, too.

Mid tacos and ingredients. Chipotle is better and they're not great either. I've had better tacos from District Tacos in DC, but that was years ago. Pre-pandemic. I hope this doesn't reflect the entire chain. I got three tacos: chicken, steak, and fish.

Why do you guys have such a hard time reading an online order?? Every single time I order from here you get the order wrong! Today I am fed up! I ordered 3 breakfast tacos with bacon. Guess what?? I got 3 egg tacos with no bacon. Last order you left off the potatoes. The order before you didn't include any salsa. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
