It is “nothing “ pizza. I dislike Dominoes Pizza- I see a special deal and think “ pizza is pizza” …. But I am always disappointed with Dominoes ( nothing bad abut workers or service) Just bland pizza - not worth any special deal

Sooo this location was a 5 star about 3-4 months ago…I’m not sure if I manager was fire or what has happened, but the service and above all the QUALITY has gone down. They constantly are forgetting things! And then when you call for a remake, the girl told me “it’s just sauce, why would I remake it for you”. She lacks basic customer service; the manager is CONSTANTLY not in the store, I’ve called for 2 days now, and I cannot get a refund due to a manager not being present? How are we leaving our kitchens to operate with out managers being able to do a BASIC REFUND or better yet, you wouldn’t have to refund if you would just double check the orders BEFORE they leave. I DEFINITELY need to be contacted. I’ve have used this dominos for YEARS and never had an issue before the last 3-4 months. Now it’s every time, again I would like to be contacted

I order from dominos a lot, the food is always good and on point but the delivery service is horrible!!! The delivery drivers start fussing and being rude when you don’t tip them. How can I tip when I ordered something $40+??? One delivery driver shoved the food in my arms just because I said no tip. Horrible

Asked the associate to help me with my free rewards pizza he said he couldn't help that he is not customer service..I could customer service twice and they rerouted me back to the store twice....I told the associate ok ill call customer service than he decided that he is going to honor the free pizzza too late review is posted for bad customer service and for Dominos.....Stop honoring free pizza if you cant hold up your side of the deal...

This is the worst pizzeria I’ve been too , what’s the point of ordering ahead when I still gotta wait 45 minutes for my food to be handed to me , yes handed because my food had been ready for those 45 minutes I’ve been waiting , the guy making the pizza basically was running the store him self , the lady helping him just staying around and watching not doing a thing , she stands and looks at the orders that are ready with 5 people waiting for their food but she does not call not even one name , once I asked how long for a brownie and 1 pizza , this guy comes running From one side of the store to hand me my food that has been sitting there and the lady still standing there just watching like wth she’s not doing anything, let aside This guy is taking money , toughen computer and other stuff in yeh counter bare hands, then he goes and makes yeh pizza without washing or sanitizing his hands , disgusting ? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
Ordered last night, all our food was destroyed. This is literally the worst Pizza experience of all time. Will never order here again.

So i ordered two nights this week. Both times took over an hour to get my order delivered to me. This last order i called in to check on my order after over an hour and was hung up on. Cant see me placing an order again. Its ok if they are busy it is going to take longer i understand but if i call you to check on my order dont huff and hang up on me multiple times

Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 salads… delivered 1 salad. Called to report the issue and they told us that they ran out of ingredients. Responded with attitude, Shameless employees. I bet they expected a 20% tip too. Can’t wait until they are replaced my machinery. Oh and it took an hour and 30 minutes to go less than one mile
