Staff appear stressed when it's a crowd by making the wrong orders. More training is needed.Atmosphere - small space. Not kept clean on a regular basis.Donuts - everyone love donuts, I guess.

Just read some reviews about a disgruntled girl working at the front counter and wondering if the owner of this establishment is reading these reviews?Walked in today 1/2/2024 and was met with that disgruntled female worker!!!!! Wow, talk about not wanting to be there and much less caring about good customer service!! So, she stared at me and didn’t even greet me and then made it seem like I was bothering her! You’re getting paid to serve and help others and yet here you are with a sorry attitude like you’re doing us a favor?I will be reaching out to her chain and will be sure this never happens again to anyone!

The woman behind the counter today 12/13/2023 @3pm did not want to do her job. She was on the phone, so I believe I disturbed her empty social media learning. I asked about the chicken salad that I knew they served at one time. Her response was, 'we don't have chicken here.' I responded, you have a chicken wrap on the menu:/ It took long enough for her to answer my question about the chicken salad, that it's discontinued. Child, no worries. I won't be going back. That's less work for girlfriend who would rather Instagram surf.

John is so KIND and PROFESSIONAL! We appreciate his kind service and great smile.On Sundays, they close at 3pm, but our order through the app was accidentally submitted by system error or something. When we arrived, the store was closed but John came out to explain the situation to us and he still prepared our takeout order - it was already 3:26pm. We felt so sorry and truly appreciated his kind hearted service..! The latte he made for us was the best!Thanks John, and we love this Dunkin Donuts.Hopefully the order system error for Sunday hours can be fixed for both customers and employees.

The bathroom is “out of order.” There’s no sign saying this. So, at 6 months pregnant while eating the breakfast I paid for at this establishment, I had to walk two blocks to find a bathroom somewhere else. The employees clearly don’t like their jobs and don’t value customer service (something as simple as responding to a “thank you” was clearly too high of an expectation). I won’t be back.

this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. if I could give it 0 stars I would. when I came in the woman did not even greet me she just said what do you want. I ordered munchkins and she picked them up out of the display case with her hands. the sandwich I ordered looked sloppy and thrown together. I ordered a coffee and she went into the back on a phone call, laughing and forgot about my drink. I was sitting there waiting for her to come back out and she greeted some new customers that came in and started chatting with them and taking their order. do not come here

Only go to this location because it is soo convenient but I'm always disappointed with the hazelnut coffee. Unlike the dulany location, they actually have the hazelnut flavor. But the drink is not good. But it's always with this one person that it is not good. Sad but it's like she doesn't know how many pumps to put in the drink, so the coffee just taste like diluted milk. I always end up throwing the whole drink away. But I still pass the store every now and then to maybe see someone different? Who can make the drink better? Also, employees are not too friendly either, like they hate the job or something.

Cashier John used the same gloves to grab my donut that he was using to change the trash bags. I asked if they didn’t have the tissue paper and mentioned him using the same hand to grab my donut. Didn’t want to make a scene and it wasn’t busy so I said it directly to him. He got an attitude so I asked if I’m not correct with asking for him to use the tissue and change the glove. He said no that I was wrong and walked away to the back. I was stunned. Threw away my food I was so disgusted. I submitted a complaint to corporate and they sent some generic response that didn’t mention nor address the issue and never received a call regarding the issue. Corporate doesn’t care and neither do their employees. Never going to them again.
