Went there this morning to get coffee and food with friends. Out of the 6 things we ordered, 3 of the things we got were just wrong and not the items we ordered but didn’t realize until we opened back at the hotel.

the idiot behind the counter never greeted me or asked me what i wanted and when i asked for two different donuts couldn't understand what i was asking and gave me the wrong thing.

Just don't... this place had the most horrible service in the area for awhile now. Lackluster training for trainees, lack of cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of dunked depression here. I tried it twice and twice a few weeks apart my order was messed up and i got attitude. Go a bit further and hit any of the other coffee shops, save yourself a hassle.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Every single time I order from this place, there is an issue. They never have things in stock, they will leave things off your order because they don't have it and not even tell you! The employees truly couldn't care any less and the customer service is subpar. There's no reason I should receive more REFUNDS from an establishment than I have received correct orders. Don't go here for anything but a donut. And good luck getting the one you actually want.

The donuts were kind of disappointing. The jelly donuts had very little jelly in them. The glazed donuts were just ok. SHOPPER'S FOOD BAKERY DONUTS WERE WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve yet to encounter at Dunkin. Worst customer service by Alisha/Monica. I was told Alisha was the one who helped me today, but my receipt has the name Monica on it so I’m not sure which is correct. Nevertheless, I am disgusted with the services and the nerve she had to talk back to me with such attitude. I go here frequently before going into work, but I can honestly say today was my last day buying anything from this Dunkin location. There are too many coffee shops nearby, so I am not missing out on anything. I can only imagine how many customers have encountered this lady’s terrible behavior and have never returned. The owner needs to seriously evaluate who they are leaving their stores to.

Website says they close at 3, got there and the guy at counter asks what I want. I gave him my order and he says, "we dont really have anything, we close in 10 minutes... im just waiting on the time."Then why ask me what I want, just lock the door and call it a day!? Im baffled that this place has over 3 star average. I rated service and atmosphere as 1 star and no stars for food because, evidently, they dont have any.

What the heck is going on at this place? The giant Hispanic incel at the counter just couldn't be bothered and maybe in customer service you sound off and not mumble then get pissed off when a customer asks you to repeat yourself. Got a coffee and asked for cream and sugar--there was SO much sugar that it was undrinkable!!! I had half a mind to turn the car around and drive back 5 miles to hold these horses ass of morally defeated spiritually broken souls accountable in an attempt to bring them back to the land of the living but then remembered that after Covid this is what we have as a standard of care in fast food customer service so I guess as consumers the best we can do is vote with our feet. Don't go here if you want a god dang marginally drinkable cup of coffee!
