I hate this location. I haven’t been to this location in over a year because they continue to make my sandwich wrong. Yesterday I decided to give them a try again since it’s on the way to my nail appointment. Even after taking a break from them, this location still does the same thing. I ordered a Turkey sausage egg & cheese. It comes with American cheese. For some reason, this location only, put white cheddar cheese on my sandwich. I hate white cheddar. If I wanted that, I would’ve asked for it. However I didn’t because I wanted American cheese. I couldn’t enjoy my sandwich. I had to throw it away. Also, the hash browns was nasty. It taste like it was freezer burned. Never again.

This is one of my favorite DDs. Good service, good location. Right next to the shopping center so you can grab your drink and then head to Safeway, the Post Office, CVS, or shop of your choice. The lobby is a little tight so it’s crazy when it’s busy. But it’s a good spot. There’s also good parking.

My wife and I recently moved to Northern Virginia and were, at least at first, excited to have a Dunkin' situated along our morning commute. However, as regular customers for the past several months, we have been continuously disappointed by the poor service provided at this outlet.Every time we stop at this Dunkin', we place the same order, either in-person or through the mobile app. And every time--almost without fail--the staff forget to add half the listed ingredients, requiring a time-consuming correction.(it doesn't help that few, if any, of the team members here ever have anything resembling a pleasant attitude)I would suspect that another reviewer was correct in presuming that many of the employees here simply cannot read English-language instructions. I otherwise cannot explain how this Dunkin' gets every detail of every order wrong with such regularity.

I have been coming to this location every day for the pasts 7 months buying food, drinks, ice cream and more. Today was a bad experience for me with a old black male associate. I purchased a breakfast meal in the day. When I returned for the second time and asked for a cup of ice the guy told me that I will have to buy something first but he said it in a rude tone and manner. He then turned to the employees making a big announcement telling them not to give customers a cup of ice if they ask for it. I will definitely not be returning to spend anymore money at this place. He is the only person that was rude to me. All the other employees give me a cup of ice with my orders when I come in there. He said that he’s the manager. Saddened that I will now have to find somewhere else to go somewhere else for my breakfast and ice cream. Poor customer service was definitely provided today. Rude and unprofessional.

Today, 23 July 2023, at 1125 am, I ordered two signature iced coffees. Both were missing the flavor ingredients and tasted like old, unsweetened coffee with whip cream on top. The coffee that comes with toppings had none and the unenthusiastic guy moping behind the counter said, “we don’t have toppings, have a good day.” After four sips, the disappointment was over since the entire cup was filled to the rim with ice. This place needs to be flipped into something better for the entire community. The organization has failed to uphold any standards.

Order hot latte and which was not good n hot so i told them if they can make it again for me and my friend they made another latte in 20 seconds which was fast but i guess he gave me same cups of cold hot latte ... asked him can make them extra hot n he said i m not making it ... disappointed not coming to this location again
One thing I appreciate about chain restaurants/establishments is that no matter which location you visit, you can expect consistency with their menu items. I always get The Charli Cold Brew yet today when I picked my order up, instead of the cold foam being topped with the cinnamon/sugar it was just cinnamon. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they said they didn't have the cinnamon/sugar together which is odd because I wasn't ordering off the menu or anything. I just sprinkled some sugar on top of the cinnamon and it wasn't a big deal. I just wish there was more consistency between the Dunkin locations throughout the DMV as this has happened more than once. Also, the women's restroom was dirty (dead bugs and trash all over the floor) and was out of soap so I had to wash my hands in the men's restroom. The men's restroom was a lot cleaner though thankfully.

Got tired of my custom online order getting ignored so I complained. The manager had to teach the cook who takes orders how to read the custom orders. She couldn't read english. A year later, i returned on a whim and once again got the wrong online order. As the son of immigrants, it pains me to write this but people have allergies and can't eat certain foods for health purposes. It's important to have english-literate people at least to manage orders.

It is a donut place in which they do not have donuts during sales hours, I went an hour earlier today, April 24, 2023, and I asked for donuts and they just said there aren't any and I asked why it was open then and they commented that it is to do your work hours. very bad horrible service. everything was up and they were on their cell phones

I stood in front of the register for 15min. Everyone looked me in my face and said nothing. I don't know if because I am a African American male, but when I asked if one person could finally help me, she asked if I'm a delivery driver. It's 9:41 am I'm in my work uniform. I only wanted to order a coffee and beagle sandwhich. Ended up having to walk out after still not receiving any service. Worst experience of my life. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE.
