Horrible Experience & Not Recommended!3/8/2024, 8 am - walked in for service & no one greeted me, asked for my order, very rude. I was the only customer inside at that time. One person was on there telephone texting!

MONERA the manager is a horrible person. My little sister went in to get a hot chai tea latte/ the cashier ADBUL heard cold and charged that, upon receiving receipt my sister said no it's hot , he dismissed her. The manger MONERA made the drink cold and my sister again repeated HOT/ manager said "well I already made it so I can't do anything at this point" I went back in the store to ask for hot- she told me it isn't her fault the receipt said cold- then told my sister "did you bring back up to fight?" I asked why would she say that when all we want it a hot drink. She told me to wait and have me the drink- a cup with the same cold drink in it and foamed on top. She asked for my sisters card to refund 5.82 and the charge 5.82 again to make us wait. Extremely rude dismissive and the most unprofessional establishment I've been in.

Very fast and efficient. Clean location and looks like it has been updated recently. The kiosk is a nice touch if line is long it helps move it along! Staff very friendly and will make small talk with you are you are waiting.

I'm very impressed with this Dunkin, the service was quick and friendly. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a variety of food options, the drink was probably the best I've had at any Dunkin locations and the food was very tasty.
