Terrible customer service. When you talk to the staff they just stare at you blankly or have no interest in even talking to you. At least fake it? I ordered an iced cappuccino & it was made incorrectly with no foam and it was warm. I asked for a remake & the young girl, Nicole rolled her eyes and said they couldn’t remake it as thats how it is made. I left, without saying a word as I know that is not how it’s made. It’s about the principle, I’m not trying to be complicated. Not coming back.

My experience with Dunkin’s Cocoa Mocha Signature Latte and Avocado Toast was fantastic. The latte was a deliciously sweet treat, while the avocado toast provided a satisfying and wholesome option. Together, they made for a perfect breakfast combination that I would definitely order again.

This place is great overall, but the ladies talk about the customers right when they leave and they aren’t very welcoming. They blank stared me even before I ordered food and I felt uncomfortable to order. Place is nice but staff is unfriendly.

There was a couple time I’ve come to this certain Dunkin’s the foods Is ok but every time I go it just taste different… I also noticed that they don’t wipe the steamer after making a latte, which is hazardous because of allergy issues. the manager has an attitude problem, the other time I came here she was yelling at her own employees and speaking in her native language while giving customers dirty looks. Every time I come to the restaurant I notice less and less employees… yikes! I wonder why ?

Two bitter experiences, the first as a customer, my wife ordered donuts for delivery and they sent something else with the justification that there were no donuts (I will post the photo).The other experience as an Uber delivery driver, I had to pick up two orders, one of them was there but the other was delivered to another person, the manager didn't even want to talk to the client and give her an explanation over the phone.They actually don't even deliver the orders, the delivery guy has to pick it up from a shelf, so I assume someone took it.The attention is terrible, I would never visit this place again.

The manager Sabrina was very rude , 3 people came into the store and ordered medium coffees with different Condiments, every time one is ready they medium coffee! But not specifying with what I ask her what’s in it ? She just looked @ me & walked away, I asked her her name she said Sabrina . I asked Sabrina what? She said just Sabrina. I will not return to this franchise

One of the young girls there got a SERIOUS attitude problem.
I'm not sure why the reviews for this location are so bad. I mobile order from here 3 days a week consistently and hardly ever have an issue. Maybe 1 in 25 of my drinks aren't quite what I asked for, but most places are going to have an off day once in a while. I consistently order and pick up 5 minutes later and my order is always ready and correct.
