This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They are always understaffed, multiple times I have had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. Additionally they are always running out of food items. For example at 10:15AM on a Saturday they were out of all but a small handful of plain donuts and muffins. There are two other DD locations near by, I suggest you go to them. This location will almost always let you down.

This is a 0 star place. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ over year and a half and order the same thing every time several times during the week. They made it incorrectly. I’m a diabetic and can’t have sugar so immediately I can taste the sugar. The Indian looking lady would not remake my order. I told her You have to hit the no sugar button on the machine that makes the coffee. She wouldn’t even go look at the machine. She ignored me and walked off. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t provide it. The other workers ignored me as well. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. I’m out $6 and no coffee. I’m very upset about this!

I love Dunkin’ and will continue to go to them, but this is such a bad Dunkin’. They are slow and get the order wrong almost every time. Just drive down to the new Dunkin’ a few miles away. It’s worth it. This one is horrible.

Been going to DD for +15 plus years. By far the worst one in the world. Never go. Staff is consistently messing up drinks. It’s smells so bad throughout the whole place.

Service is slow-They mess up orders almost every time, leaving you with food you didn't want and always without even so much as an apology. We've spend half an hour waiting after making an order only to find out they never started ours, then they messed it up. This is after coming here time and time again only to recieve the incorrect food. There's a really nice Krispy Kreme not too far from here, that's all I'm saying.

AVOID! Ordered a mobile order & waited 15+ minutes only for them to tell me that my order didn't come through & that I would have to order again even though I was already charged. The staff was not helpful. I will never return to this Dunkin.

This is a good stop for an actually quick visit. A couple trips for sandwiches and coffee and within minutes our food and drinks were ready, even with a line. There is a slight language barrier here, but as long as you are patient and explain what you want you'll still get what you ordered. The sandwiches are probably the best I've had from any breakfast place and it comes out piping hot. I'll come back to this location on future trips out here.
