Love Jet’s pizza but this location needs to get its act together. Ordered my pizzas for pickup and they had already given it to another customer. How hard would it be to confirm a phone number or order details to make sure that doesn’t happen. It happened to my parents a few weeks ago too. Whhaaat? This is not rocket science.

Taylor and her team are impressive. Despite coming in a huge rush, they remained cool, calm, and collected. I’m not sure if the kitchen could fit more, but I certainly think a larger team would work well to accommodate the demand of the customers.With great customer service and great food, we’ll be sure to be repeat customers.

Parking lot is a little awkward, but we ordered online, walked in, grabbed stuff and got home. 8 corner pepperoni w turbo crust was awesome.Parking: Only 2 spots directly out front but plenty of parking on the street in the area. Unclear if the lot next door is okay to use when picking up pizza.

I'm from Michigan so if course, I love Jet's Detroit- style pizza. I was very surprised to see a location here in Alexandria, VA. I placed an order for delivery. Unfortunately, my order arrived with no anti-tamper seals/stickers. Now I feel like I wasted my money on food I'm afraid to eat. I caked the restaurant and the last who answered said they don't use the anti-tamper seals. My advice is, if you order, go pick it up, unless you're cool with the possibility of a driver tampering with your order.

Ordered online for pickup.- Props on the website for making it easy to find options, order half&halfs, go back/forward without losing place, and simple checkout.- Walking in, environment was clean and was immediately greeted by an employee from behind the line --- because everyone was working on a really busy night. Waited briefly for the employee to come to register and check me out. I'd already paid online, so was <1 min transaction.- The pizza....YUM. Detroit style 8 corner - half and half. Medium well. The crust was crusty and the cheese was slightly browned. And the ingredients were all fresh and flavorful. DEFINITELY going to be my go-to in the hood from now on :)

This was my first time trying out Jet's. When I saw that they had that $5 off specialty pizza, on top of that a Chicken Bacon Ranch Detroit style pizza!? Argh! If you're not familiar, Detroit Style [that I know of] has a rather sponge like dough *DROOL*. It was cooked to perfect and then with the ranch on the side with that. Highly recommend. The service was A1. I would say they were pretty on time with the eta of order completion as well. Please keep in mind that I also ordered online. They also offer a variation of pizzas.Overall : It is definitely going to be high on my list.
