Lone some BBQ. This place is a classic for sure. Will say I ordered the brisket sandwich. Tasty but was kind of dry. Granted I didn't order point and it was the flat used. It was the thickest cut I have had on a sandwich. Strange but every BBQ place has its style. As for sides the fry were fresh and tasty. The ones I had were not right from the fryer but still worth ordering. Friend had Mac and cheese and said it was delicious. A good option for groups, family's and just if interested in some local BBQ. They also big supporters of military so that earned some clout. Worth a visit if in the area.

Had my group of 90 8th grade students dine with Mission BBQ in Alexandria and they knocked it out of the park. From setting the event up with Jaycee to our groups departure, the entire Mission team were fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough!

Food was great! Never been here before. You order, find a table, wait for your name to be called, pick up food and enjoy. Corn bread was to die for! Moist like a cake..Very satisfied.Vegetarian options: Cole slaw and green beans with bacon.
Everything I've had is really good! And I like they have fountain Pepsi products.I would recommend the fries, cooked as soon as you order them; the mac n cheese; brisket (wet); pulled chicken; jalapeno and cheese sausage; the cheesy potatoes; and baked beans. And only those because I haven't gotten to more of the menu. yet.
Great menu with a ton of options. I had the baby back ribs and they came right off the bone. There are about 6 sauces to choose from right on your table. Their corn bread is pretty damn good. There are fountain drinks available for your choosing. I sampled a blueberry cobbler and that was one of the best cobblers I've had in years. Plenty of seating with large tables. Well lit and decorated with tons of military plaques, photographs, and patches from units and police stations. The staff are super nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed the ambiance and look forward to coming back.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a great place to bring kids and let them get their hands dirty with some delicious BBQ.

For them to be rated a 4.6 is wrong lol. The customer service the portion sizes and overall love you get at that store is worth a visit. Today was my first time ever there and was wowed. The manager was African American with short I forget her name she was so strong, certified, and so nice. Offered samples to try the food first before purchase very down to earth and polite. I'll refer anyone to go visit them and be ready for some good food. I had the pulled pork and chopped brisket with bbw baked beans which had brisket in it omgeeeeeeeeeeeee.. the sauce was perfect the meat was so tender and well seasoned I can't wait for return for seconds..

If you’re looking for a good BBQ meal, I would highly recommend giving Mission BBQ a try! They also have an amazing catering menu that is perfect for any event or gathering.
