Staff at this restaurant are very very unprofessional. Standing around talking rather than checking on their guests. Take forever to bring glasses to the table for the fountain drinks, even after reminding them. They then bring your food over, and slam the plate on the table, no nice words, just slam and walk away. Constantly following each other round, I mean it doesn’t take 2 people to wipe a table, or should I say one wipes the table whilst the other chats awayI think some training on customer service is needed, to make sure your guests are happy to visit again

I ordered take out. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly worker who informed me that my straw was in the bag while handing me my drink. Much to my surprise though once I left I learned that it was ONLY the straw and my bowl were in the bag: no napkins, no utensils and no sauce. A take out order should have napkins at a minimum and the take out specialist may ask if utensils are needed…. I get cost containment but it has to be commingled with proactive customer service so everyone has a positive dining experience.

Delish! Upon entering, the woman at the front greeted us and let us know what to do - Order at the front, they bring your food to you, and once you finish leave everything on the table and they will clean up. Utensils and sauces are on the back wall. All her recommendations were spot on so much so that we came back later that evening to get fries, mac and cheese and a spicy salad.

I visited Sunday evening and was pretty disappointed.Most of the dining room hadn't been cleaned. The hostess, who was a bit passive aggressive, and then directed me to pick my table. I couldn't find a clean table. They took me back to the front till the tables were clean. I placed my order in the meantime. Eventually, the hostess came back and let me know she places my drink on my table (thanks for letting me know the tables were ready in the first place...)I ordered 3 thighs and two sides. The thighs were small. Smaller than what im used to from here. It looked like they were cut in half and served (see photo). For the price, this was pretty disappointing.
