I got here at 745pm did not start until 815pm my husband got his soup and salad at 830 pm.now I order a gussied Cobb salad I have not received my food yet she just came to the table to say she had to replace my order but people who came in at 815have there food ..

I went with my family and received the greatest customer service. Lynden was our server, and he was amazing. He took care of us like we were family. His smile and attitude shows that he is very experienced. We were surprised to find out that he was not in a management position. When you go to this restaurant, please request him. You will not be disappointed.

Service was alright.I ordered the sirloin(rare) and grilled chicken combo.While the steak was cooked rare, it was almost flavorless. There was light seasoning on the outside, yet the inside tasted like biting into air.The chicken looked more promising as the outside was coated in plenty of seasoning. The inside tasted as if it was boiled rather than grilled. Non of the seasoning made it through the top layer of either the steak as if it was added for visual effect rather than flavor.

I ordered online through their website which I've noticed has changed (no more additions or alterations to your meal i.e. burgers). I ordered and PAID for a Bloomin burger and I used to be able to add bacon onto it but no longer, tried to leave it in the comments for the staff to see or they could have called. But not that I paid for a Blooming burger and y'all thought you were being helpful or funny by giving me the Outback burger? Yes I know it's a $2 difference but I paid for it and 1 hr before closing I place my order for delivery so I dont think giving a phone call or even just ignoring the comment would've been better not giving me a cheaper meal then I paid for.

Horrible, constant quality issues for delivery through Uber. On our most recent order the portion of the cheese fry app was the same size as the side of cheese fries, the didn’t add bacon to the fries, and didn’t send ranch (even when it was requested as an add on to a burger).This is not the first issue we have experienced with this Outback but it will be the last as their food is over priced and not worth the constant quality issues.

This use to be one of our favorite places, but not lately, our last 2 or 3 times not good at all. Starting with the greeting and then the service and food needs some help too. We used to be thanked leaving, not anymore. Let's hope the managers look into this.

Do not recommend. My wife and I went for dinner but did not eat. There was a lot of free parking but when we went inside we stood there without any staff acknowledging our presence. At least 3 staffers saw us and just went about their business. The restaurant was maybe 30% occupied so it wasn’t due to overwhelming work. After waiting for 3-4 minutes we decided to leave since it was obvious our business wasn’t important. I can’t talk about the food because I didn’t have a chance to eat. The environment (aside from staff) seemed fine.

The dishes were messy and tasted off. Lots of the dishes that came out had smear marks plates and sauce on the exterior of the bowl. The clam chowder was good. Our server was nice and tended to us well. The last drink that we ordered took about 20 to 30 mins to come out then we decided to leave. We won't be back.
