Order boneless wings for lunch and got back to work and I was very disappointed! The wings were not cooked all the way as if they were still frozen. I called to speak with the manager Carlos, to explain what happened. Carlos didn’t apologize about the convenience he wanted to go back and forth with me over the phone he didn’t offer a refund nor a credit. Very careless, rude and unprofessional. I had to stop by once I got off work which was 30 minutes away from my job with the food. To demand my refund because he refused and once I arrived I ask to speak with the manger Carlos and I was greeted “ what’s up “ very ghetto. Again, no apology I will never go back to papa John’s. Save your money and time! P.S Carlos, didn’t have a hair net or anything!

The staff was super friendly and helpful but every time I order from there, my food isn’t right.Sunday we ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza and boneless wings. The garlic stuffed crust had barely any toppings and didn’t have the garlic on the crust! Defeats the whole point of ordering a GARLIC crust!!!! The wings were mumbo sauce wings and it was as if they poured sauce into the container then dumped the wings in, didn’t even try to coat them.Staff was friendly but I personally think I’m not ordering papa John’s again.

Grossly incompetent delivery driver who didn't understand where or what a clubhouse for an apartment complex was. And subsequently wanted me to meet him on the street. It took me longer to explain where to go than it took for Papa John's to make the pizza and send it. That service was substandard.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 11 Lg Pizzas, 6 Pep, 5 cheese, and 5 - 2L sodas. Delivery man came dropped off Pizza to kids standing near door. I called backed and asked where was my receipt. He said he didnt get a tip. I told the person on the phone that the Pizzas where supposed to be given to me but if driver came back to bring my receipt i would provide the tip. Papa Johns is 2 blocks away but we were at school. As we get 3 boxes in, there was a long string of hair. I pulled that slice out and we continued to eat. When the driver returned to bring receipt and collect tip I gave him a $20 tip on a $200 order and asked him to take the Pizza with the hair back to show to his manager for training purpose. I didnt ask for anything free or a discount. He was so nasty and pulled off. I go to Papa Johns only for them to be nasty, then offer a free pizza. Your serve me hairy Pizza and then try to get smart with me when i bring to your attention. i initially wasnt rude until the blantant disregard and ownership. Then i walk in to find the delivery driver was also the cook with long, black, uncovered hair. Trifling and no accountabilit!!!

Just order one of those CAPS50 pizza. And it definitely was. Order a Sausage, Green Pepper and Onion. I now know you only get 50% the ingredients included. Still searching for pieces of sausage.

It doesn’t taste like Papa John’s pizza it tastes generic like different cheese and pepperoni and the crust made differently. I’m wondering if they changed it. The pizza came to my door faster than I’ve ever had and it was still very hot I was so surprised at how excellent the delivery service was.

The manager Mario was very helpful with my large pizza order for my son's birthday. I had to make some last minute changes to the delivery order and he was very accomodating. I love for my family to eat from establishments where I know there is great customer care, Papa Johns on Duke street has that.

I ordered the pizza for delivery. I live .3 miles from the store. My pizza is a no show and when I called them the store is closed. The funny part is I put $10 tip for the driver. Google need to come up with 0 star rating methods because this store deserves it.

I went to Papa John's Duke st the other night and although I've never had a bad experience and I'm repeat customer I was blown away by the customer service of Justin. I made a mistake on my online order and he went above and beyond to correct it. His amazing customer service guaranteed a Papa John's customer for life! If I was less ethical I'd steal him for my corporate team but he doesn't need my help. This guy will probably revolutionize the entire pizza industry. If you want to meet the Elon Musk of the pizza game go see Justin at Duke street Papa John's before he's running the company. -Chris
