My New York Pepperoni Pizza Was Burnt. My Cinnamon Rolls Were Burnt. I Spent $30 and Couldn't Eat The Food. The Pizza Had A lot of Salt On Top. I Had Just Left The Hospital, Where I Had Been For 7 Hours. I Ordered The Food, Took It Home Without Looking At It First. Big Mistake On My Behalf. The Service Was Very Bad. The Worker Was Unprofessional, and Non Personal. I Went to This Pizza Hut 03/11/2024 Between 9:45 ~ 10:00pm. Never, Ever Again Will I Spend Money In This Establishment.What An Horrible Experience. Jasmin Took My Order, Then Disappeared. Never Cooked My Food, I Kept Calling Her, She Never Answered. 10 Minutes Later The Male Employee Whom Was Sitting On The Side In A Chair Decided To Get Up and To Do A Add On Which Was My Cinnamon Rolls . Which He Burnt Along With My Pizza.

Food was delicious! Wonderful experience. Cashier was very courteous and helpful. Order was correct.
I delivered a pizza from here. The manger had money all over the counter. She then stated the first pizza of the day always burns and I had to wait another 12 min for a pizza. After I waited and went back inside the manger then proceeded to scream at the employee in the back to get my pizza. The employee couldn't hear her bc she had her ear buds on. As that employee came up front finally with my pizza because obviously the manger couldn't walk away from all the money on the counter she still had both ear buds in and then had a bad attitude with I asked for the missing drink. You should be ready for customers when you have your door opened. I would never allow one of my managers to have a my cash of the counter while my doors are opened and customers are walking in and my office was on Richmond highway in the Hybla valley area. The owner needs to get this place under control before it's robbed.

We placed our order at 9:40PM, got a notification it was ready at 9:55PM, we were already outside. So of course we went in asap. The employee FRANK was UNDER THE INFLUENCE of weed. He could barely open his eyes, he got our order confused he argued with the girl named Jasmine blaming her for our order not being ready because he swore it was another pizza and it was a pasta missing. He mixed up our total by almost $10! When we got our order it was warm, besides the pasta of course! We didn’t get our order till 10:12, and yes I understand a restaurant being busy and falling behind but it wasn’t busy at this time. VERY unsatisfied!

The staff probably needs training on how to dress for work. I went there today, and nobody was using a uniform . Also, using a hair net, there is a person cooking, and he keeps touching his hair because it is long that it is covering his eyes, and he was pulling up his pants with his gloves and then continued making the pizzaIt doesn't look like they want to be working there ? definitely not coming back.

I ordered from this place many times and it wasn't this bad until now, I ordered two pizzas, and I had to wait for almost one hour and I decided to call to ask what is the issue, they responded with that they had to remake the pizza, and that the delivery person is just heading out, so I waited more keep in mind I paid almost 50 dollars for two pizzas and a soda, once the pizza arrived it came very cold, to the point where I couldn't even eat it because of how cold it was, ithey basi ally sent me a raw pizza. They ruined my Friday, they should not be working if they are going to send pizzas like this to customers. I will not be ordering from this place again
Look Mr.Owner , You are not concerned about what your customers think or have to say , I say this because I have ordered pizza at the same location 5 times in the last 6 months and Nothing has changed .Customer service is horrible,I wait 10 to 15 minutes every time I place an order , The cook who looks like he just cleaned the dumpster and hasn’t showered in weeks , looks at you and says “ well be right with you “ then turns around and disappears to the back , I’m left standing there wondering ?? I look to the side and they are just conversing. Just about to leave , a very large woman appears , very dirty looking , hands discolored , dirty looking , I asked her about my order , she has no clue , disappears to the back for another 10 minutes I found your order, it will be ready soon.I personally don’t eat the food at this location ,pizza hut , 7611 Richmond Hwy .# 105 Alexandria va. The place is a disgusting PIG STY. Total Mess! My girlfriends children eat the food .I watched the cook ( Male ) I already described his state , put together the orders with bare hands , touching everything in the kitchen , wiping his sweat with his hands and going back to preparing the food , then I watched him disappear to the back side and he was working several stations touching everything with his bare hands and then come back to preparing food , Never once did he wash his hands . Old food on the floor , all over the counters , look like it’s been there for many orders . The place is just very dirty and dirty looking . The staff look dirty and just look like they don’t give two craps about what customers think , and yes they are cold and rude .The worst part is , I called in my order 15 minutes before I arrived, and waited about 45 minutes total before I left with the children’s food , $77.00 dollars for pizza and wings ??Bidenomix working really well ,From now on I will drive out of my way to the other Pizza Hut , I don’t want the kids to get sick ,To the Owner ! If you are at all concerned about what people think !!!Then YOU NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE GET RID OF THE COOK AND THE VERY LARGE DIRTY LOOKING WOMAN AT THE FRONT COUNTER , THEN FUMIGATE THE PLACE FROM BOTTOM .Just a thought .

Seems its one thing or the other here. I ordered a thin crust once and it was very burnt. Tonight the stuffed crust was more crust than pizza with the center cold. Duke street Pizza Hutt seems better.
