Ordered Gluten free meat pizza..admittedly it’s difficult to find decent gluten crust and this wasn’t great tasting and the crust was very chewy. Maybe the regular pizza is better? I appreciate they had the option though and the side Greek salad was ok.

I live 30 miles from Cafe Pizzaiolo so it's not a restaurant I often visit. It is right next to my Volvo dealership in Alexandria, VA. My family really likes it when I take my vehicle in for service. They know I am going to load up on Pizza. I'm from Philly and I am particular about my pizza. They are the best I've found and the service is fantastic.

We had the Italian cold cut sandwich and the burrata panini and it was some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had

Service was great! The meatball sub was sooooo good and cheese pizza is amazing! I came here for lunch after working out, it was quick, easy, and so delicious. Very nice and quiet place to relax.

Horrible! Close to our house so we sometimes call for a pizza from here. Never again after tonight. First they give us someone else's pizza. Then they gave us ours, only it's lacking sauce and loaded with salt. Uneditable. And the Caesar salad...also inedible. So much dressing and cheese the lettuce was soggy. Straight into the trash. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere!

I was recently introduced to Cafe Pizzaiolo, and I love it. I'm so lucky it's in my neighborhood! The gluten-free pizza crust is thin and crisp (which I like a lot), and their pizza flavor combos are delicious. You can also design your own pizza.Their salads are good, too.Vegetarian options: Several of the pizzas are vegetarian, and it's easy to make your own vegetarian pizza.Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten-free pizza crust option, cider, and salads for people who need GF options. There may be other options, too, but that's what I've had so far.

Friendly, neighborhood restaurant. Great pizzas. The bruscheta with mozzarella apppetizer was fantastic. Attentive, and friendly staff.Parking: Neighborhood street parking. Nearby shopping and current new construction is impacting parking availability.

We loved this place. Family-friendly, great pizza and healthy options as well. My husband and I got salad and pasta and pizza for our 5 year old, who was really entertained by being able to watch the open kitchen make our food. Also super cute decor with the wall of painted pizza boxes! The service was fast even though they were a bit crowded. Will definitely be coming back!

What a cool little place. Stopped in here while I was waiting to get my car serviced. It was around noon and I expected it to be crowded but there were only a couple of folks in there. After seeing more people trickle in, I realized its a neighborhood cheers type of place, where the patrons knew each other and also knew the wait staff. The waitstaff was nice and attentive, which was great. I ordered an iced mocha, and the steak and egg sub. My mocha came out first and as crazy as this sounds, it was a good looking mocha. Lol. The steak and egg sub soon followed and was more than decently sized; the ratio was more meat than bread or egg which was fantastic. Both items came up to 16 bucks which made it even better. Im glad I finally stopped in here and will definitely go back to try the pizza.

Service was slow, but I have only been once and it could have easily been an "off night". Food is mediocre and the atmosphere is fairly standard for a smaller neighborhood restaurant.
