Easy Korean bbq, not tradition with the grills and all but just simple quality Korean bbq I'm so glad this place is near work so I can stop by for lunch, absolutely love

Tasty Korean bowls and more. The environment isn't too much to rave about, but the team there were very nice. The dining area can get tight considering how popular this place can get. This location and others share a small parking lot out front. We chose this location for its proximity to Fort Belvoir. You will order food and drinks at the counter and get a buzzer while they fix your food. I was hungry enough for a full size bowl, but they have lunch bowls which are smaller and more economical for those that do t want to fill up I ordered a spicy pork bowl, which had japchae, lettuce, spicy pork over a bowl of rice. I also ordered it with an egg. It was great and filling. I also tried out their sliders, which can be made out of any of the meats available, but I got a bulgogi slider which came with two mini burgers. It was all great. So good, my friend and her husband returned the very next day.

I order here often and never bothered to give a review. Typically I either give a 5 star or I don’t want to give any review at all. But this time I feel I have to because this happened on way too many orders. I love bibibap and Kalbi but every single time I order here, the meat comes burnt and it’s extremely cancerous to keep eating the burnt portion. I’m leaving this review here so perhaps management can monitor for quality control. I may take it off as I want every business to do well.

I used to come this restaurant a lot when I lived this neighborhood. But after I moved far, it's been a while I came here. So I was pretty happy to come here to grab a quick lunch on Saturday. However, it was not like before. The biggest disappointment was service. I waited almost 40mins to get pork galbi. And guess what? There were not many customers! I was the second one to came but I was the last one to get food. And the cashier's excuse wad "pork takes more time to cook." I don't think it takes 40mins to cook just small amount of pork. The food was ok not really good either. Anyway, there was no manager to talk to, and I won't go back to here anymore.

AMAZON! This snow all day had me searching for a Korean place that delivered and had bulgogi. This wasn't my guest choice but ended up being the quickest delivery at 4:30.... Didn't want to wait till 5;45 the other place had as the first delivery time. Well we ordered two chicken and a bulgogi bowels. The restaurant even called me to clarify my special notes/request. SO impressed!!! Wish I had found this place sooner.

By now, korean BBQ is a well known thing and everyone has an opinion about what is Good Korean bbq. Puzukan is one of the newer restaurants offering "high end" Korean bbq. Is this true? Yes! Does the meat taste better? Yes! Is it worth the trip? Absolutely! Great meat can be ruined by overcooking it or covering the true flavor of the meat. Puzukan cooks their meat over charcoal grills and that little difference makes all the difference! The fatty flavor in The meat is enchanted by the charcoal smoke and flames. The taste reminds you that extra effort in picking fine ingredients, preparation and cooking makes a generally good experience become an extraordinary event. Go and give it a try - read the other reviews and then be ready to realize what you have been missing - a great meal.

Puzukan has consistent delicious meals. My favorite is the Kalbi beef bowl ? ?! Me, my family and coworkers eat here often enough. Living in the DMV for almost four years, I have eaten at more than 50 restaurants. I have been coming to this location for nearly two years. The tab can add up quickly but as long as the quality is good and its tastes great ill pay. Other than the price , I have nothing negative to report.

The bulgogi sliders were excellent. I will definitely return to try more of the food. The young man running the counter was extremely professional and friendly.

We ordered one chi bop and one chadol. Well one of them didn’t have enough sauce and the chadol didn’t have any sauce at all almost. I do not know if it’s supposed to be like this or not but it was not good because of the sauce..

They have one vegan option which is the veggie rice bowl. The tofu was really delicious and the japchae was perfect. It was around $12. They also have a few fun flavors of lemonade :)I wish they had more vegan options but it’s a solid choice if you want Korean food without having to go to Annandale.Vegetarian options: Veggie rice bowl
