Called to cancel order and they said they can't refund my money. They gave me a complaint 800 number but no one answers the phone. I never received any food or services so I'm ging to reach out to Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Contest their charge on my credit card since I never received any food.UPDATE: Refund received and updated my review accordingly.

this sarku is TERRIBLE. i’ve had countless of problems with this place. first i walked in one day and i waited in line for a long time and the spanish woman taking orders ignored me the whole time (i am african american) and then an old white man came in and she says to him “hi can i help you” and i know for a facts he saw me come in. then i order extra chicken and extra shrimp and they completely cheated me on multiple occasions. i looked at my order once and asked for just a LITTLE more chicken and the guy says “i mean that’s how it comes” and wouldn’t give me what i paid for. what they did is fill my plate with rice to make it look full and not only that they forgot my noodles and the picture with the recipes is right here to show it. i’m currently boycotting this sarku and the next time i do go imma make sure to let them know i gave them a bad review. ps this is NOT the only bad encounter i’ve had with them. if there is another sarku around you PLEASE go there rather than to this one. especially if your black.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at the franchise! The food was completely tasteless! No salt... no nothing ! They gave very little beef and a lot of brown rice. The veggies were even tasteless! The sauce didn't even help it. The spring rolls were not heated all the way through. I couldn't even eat the food. Called to talk to the manager but the number goes straight to voicemail! I want my money back!!!! I will never eat at this location again!!! N E V E R! Just bad business all the way around!

Online gave the option curbside.. my food was cold and I was sitting there outside and the option from the app said that they are going to bring our food outside but they didn't and also they didn't put no folks, no napkins, or even chop sticks to eat our food. And we only order for 8 people.

It’s been two times in the same week that I call after 5pm more than once, and you get their VM. Either they have me blocked or they have their phones turned off because when I go into the location there is NO LINE and no phones going off like crazy. Replace the staff please, they’re getting paid for doing little service.

Look at their health code violations here in the Yelp page. I wish I'd noticed that before I had my terrible experience here. I'm sure this sticky, dirty, poorly-staffed restaurant will be closed soon.

I went in here and the people are just completely rude and nasty. I asked just a few questions about the menu and the guy treated me like I was an idiot, short responses, I asked him for how they served the shrimp tempura and he just pointed at the menu, this type of behavior is unacceptable.

This place is so stingy, rice is 4x the meat. Couple bites and meats are gone. When I asked them to stamp my card, they also don't want to do it. It is not it is their food but they are just employees there, whether we get free meal from stamped card, they still get paid on their salary, so what does it matter. Today is my last time going here.
Horrible customer service. I witnessed the staff at this location being extremely rude to an Uber driver trying to pick up his food for delivery. The staff were ignoring him and talking among themselves while he stood there repeatedly saying he was here for a pick up. When the staff eventually responded the response was "What you gonna do punk!" then the staff kept repeating "What you gonna do? What you gonna do?" Bullies work at this place.

Server can't hear my order.Right when I went to the counter I said 'dine in' twiceI wanted shrimp bento and I said very clearly shrimp bento with a side order of 3 tempura. And a lemon tea Snapple. She gave me an apple Snapple. I asked for a replace to lemon tea. She asked if it was to go.Then I could not understand her asking me if it was white rice or brown rice. She was mumbling too softly. They gave me a beef bento box and one tempura. Tempura was not well cooked.Beef had too many tendons, indicating cheap meat cut. Kinda disappointed.
