The guy servant rushing us to get the order ,that time there's no line, no people next to us.Like other reviews FOOD IS DISGUSTING they just dump everything on the plate. Nasty preparation!Atmosphere too dark place.

Over the weekend I ordered take out. When I went to pay the cashier did not allow me to see what he was charging. I asked for a receipt and he said don’t worry it will be sent by email. I just noticed my receipt and it turns out the he added a large tip to my take out.I could not finish the food. Nothing was fresh.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but they are not answering the phone for me to bring them awareness. I am startled because I was over charged, he added a bottle of water to my tab and automatically added tip; and yes I usually tip 25% but I guess he short himself this time. Plus the food was dry and old.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The meat was too soft. There was no flavor to it. The owners were rude. I asked for a cup of water because I was very thirsty and they refused me. Said I had to pay for a bottle of water. It was $2.12. For a bottle of water?? shawarma is my favorite and this was absolutely not even close.

This restaurant does not deserve even one star. In my life i never haf no testy shawarma . The food was not fresh. The chef eas unfriendly snd zero customers service!! Not recommend this restaurant at
This restaurant has truly excellent food at very reasonable prices. The flavors of the chicken and beef are great and both are well prepared. I find the beef a little drier than the chicken, but not enough to downgrade the rating. Additionally, the ability to customize your shawarma with about 16 different toppings - the sumac onions and pickled turnips are my personal favorites - and about 6 different sauces, including an awesome tatziki make for a great meal. As the saying goes, last, but not least, the quantity/size of the shawarma bowl is enough for two meals which makes it an even better deal!Try out this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!!

Humas was very bad does not taste good at all . And was served with tortilla.Never again !

This review is that the owner will see it and take action on improving the taste of his meals, I am a shawarma lover and I think tgis ia the worst chicken shawarma i ve ever had. The rice was overcooked and the chicken felt lik it was there for three days. The reason that made me write this review is because of their service, there was no one at the time I came in I said the greeting and tgeir reaponse was what would you like, like that they were in a rush, i said its ok beacuse they could have been going through a rohf day, and then a police man just came inside, and their teeth were showing from the amile and the greetings they gave him plus they offered him free bread to eat while waiting. Really a desepointing place. I would nwver come back, but an advice in this kind of buisness, good service can cover on bad food, but bot having both wont take you far.

I ordered delivery through GrubHub. Got a text saying the food was delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere outside. I tried calling and texting my delivery driver, but he never responded. I opened a case with GrubHub support, and they reordered my food. I got calls from both the restaurant and the new delivery driver asking to confirm the new order because it looked like a duplicate to them. I explained to both of them that GrubHub reissued the order because I never received the first one. Then 15 minutes later I get a call from GrubHub saying that the restaurant refused to remake the order.Safe to say I will never order from Shawarma Guys or GrubHub ever again.
