Good afternoon, I was buying two, three times and everything was fine, until today when I bought the churros, they are overheated and passed with oil more than once, they are not fresh, I do not recommend the restaurant, it went bankrupt after having a lot of customers.

We order catering from Spin Pollo Kingstowne almost every month, sometimes multiple times. The service is incredible, and the food is AMAZING. Everyone always compliments the food.The portion of food they provide is the best cost-benefit in the area if you are feeding 15+ people!They are incredibly helpful and accommodating. One time, I had to order from them last minute, and they were able to get our order in within minutes. Awesome customer service!

So a few things. My first experience here was absolutely trash! The service was terrible, I mean call corporate terrible. And for a while I didn't go back. I recently went back and had a completely different and opposite experience. The staff was friendly and got our orders together quickly. The staff was different as well I might add. Food came great, wish I ordered more. Their chicken is out of this world, and you have to try the yuca fries. The lomo saltado was also fire!!! Everything was just so tasty. Glad I eventually went back! I'll be making another trip soon. And before I forget. We dined in. But there isn't a ton of space. This place is better for take out, but if you can find a seat, sit and enjoy.

I forgot how amazing the food is here at Spin Pollo. They are known for their chicken, but their carne asada is excellent also. This is an ideal location in Kingtowne with plenty of parking and outdoor seating. The indoor vibe is pretty cool too, when it's hot outside. Spin Pollo has several healthy options, fresh ingredients and nice large portions. Great for takeout or a causal date night. Try the churros for dessert.

I have tried authentic Peruvian food multiple times, this was a different experience in a way but that's what i loved ! definitely has lots of side options and the sauces are so good! i also love how they have popsicles!

I went in for lunch around 3-4pm on 04/09/24. I went in for a usual quarter chicken with a side of fried rice and french fries and all was well. As I start digging into my rice, I find 3 strands of hair tangled in the rice. I immediately lose my appetite and advise the employees on my findings. They looked me dead in the face and did not say a single word. No apology, no refund, no new plate. I went back to sit down hoping they would come over and say or do something but they just stayed huddled up laughing in the back and looking at me. I had barely touched my food and felt so angry that they didn't even acknowledge my concern on bit. I went to them nicely as I didn't want to alert anyone else eating around me as to what I just found, and to just be standing there and not even be given an apology?? It was super unprofessional of them. I have came to this location many times and it for sure will be my last. Lunch was ruined and money wasted. Please learn how to treat your customers and find solutions when things happen! FYI: Please tell the cooks to wear hair nets please!! I saw everyone seemed to have their hair out or in a low ponytail.
