Racist there on Tuesday, around 4pm. Gives wrong drinks and gets mad if you have something to say about. Said her racism is my problem, told me she wasn't serving me and get out the store. Smh. I don't have a master lady. And if you don't like serving non whites go complain to Starbucks! Don't they have a no discrimination policy? Who does the hiring at Starbucks, it ashamed I was exposed to such a looney today! Get some shock therapy for that racism ?!

this place is unprofessional and racist the owner thought my money was fake and refused to check it yet did not have a money marker. if you are black she will think you are homeless worst experience ever. I order from this Starbucks every week so to walk in and get terrible service makes me feel like why did I spend any money here.

Almost every time I goto Safeway I stop at the stores Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and always prepare my drinks in a timely manner. I love that I'm able to pick up my favorite Starbucks drinks at the same time I get my groceries. There's outside and garage parking available by the Safeway and I always find this location clean and tidy as well.

Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. And instead I got some kind of chocolate frappuccino. And the lady took forever to make it. There were two people waiting in line that left because it was taking so long. I didn't want to correct her and have to wait another 10 minutes for her to make it. My daughter was with me and she was like Mom that is not what you ordered. Very disappointed and will not be going to this Starbucks again.

Customer Service and an understanding of priorities of work are extremely lacking. Stacks of orders, all missing food items were on the table when I walked in for my order. Order placed online at 8:00 am and app said it would be ready at 8:14.. more and more drinks piled up, the expediter ignored the drinks being placed on the bar by the barista and focused on people walking in the door who may or may not have had their drinks ready. Some drinks had names on top with bold marker which anyone could read, most had tags. USE MARKER!!!! Get it together Starbucks. The app provides all sorts of metrics on volumes. My drink was ready ten minutes after the advertised order and 24 minutes after the order was placed. Hopefully just a bad day at Starbucks.

My experience was terrible I got called fat because of the amount of ingredients in my drink. This happened around 8:05am Friday December 10, 2021. I was so upset when I left Safeway Starbucks on King Street. Never got treated like that before at any other Starbucks being that this is my first time there. It was a African American women who took my order. It seem she had a hard time making my drink that why she said all those rude comments.. I hope you guys fix this issue because I will not be spending my hard earn money there no more

Stopped in to grab a quick cup of joe and a visit to the restroom. While this particular Starbucks location has excellent charm, there was no toilet paper in the rest room. Female patrons were giving each other a heads up that napkins might help. As far as the drink itself, it was Starbucks constitent.

Good coffee as usual. The iced latte was just the way I liked it. Staff was a little stiff and unfriendly but overall a good experience. Fast service.

This Safeway has got it ALL! I was highly impressed, super clean, Super fresh food and when I mean Super Fresh I'm talkin Super Fresh sushi. It sure was good!

The large lady that works here is rude and disrespectful.. you have the beg her for a napkin and then wait 30 minutes for her to give it to you. Worst Starbucks in the State of Virginia. Every day it opens at a different time. One day it opens at 10AM, the next day 1PM. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time coming to this location inside Safeway.

The barista who is the Starbucks manager did not properly have her mask on. When I made her aware her reply was " let them suspend me. It's not airborne anyway so as long as I do the other things and besides I will die from pre-existing conditions." then refused to give me ice because Safeway doesn't let her give free stuff but threw away half a container of frappucino....she is a horrible representation of any company.
