Staff was nice, but the wait time is ridiculous.First instance: I placed a mobile order before driving to the location. Arrived 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup time. The drive through line was slow, this adding an additional 15 minutes to my wait.Second instance: I placed a mobile order up on parking. Waited in my car. Went in to pick up 10 mins AFTER scheduled pickup time and it wasn't ready. I was told there were still 10+ mobile orders ahead of mine. Waited in my car for 10 more minutes, went back in to pickup and they said it wasn't ready but that they'd start working on it right away. 10 mins later, they still hadn't STARTED making it so I just asked for a refund. They cited "ticket routing issues" as the reason for the delay.

Management should really take a closer look at wait times in the drive through. Often very slow; they need to get staff that can process orders quickly.

This location always finds a way to get worse! Over 45 minutes to get to the box to place an order then the employee is rude as hell! There is no reason to struggle this much! I should’ve went to Beacon Mall. They get busy, but they’re at least kind. I’m going to keep driving past this location!

This is the best starbucks. Employees are very friendly, even when they're always swamped. The quality of food and drink are great, and if you don't like it you can politely ask for a swap and they are sure to make the moment right. With plenty of regulars coming through the doors the ambience is great and definitly third-place like. Again this is the busiest starbucks in the area so there will be a bit of a wait time, but the employees do the best they can, and a smile will make their day.

Went through the drive thru today for some drinks and some bakery items. It was raining and I had my window half way down but apparently the cashier could not hear me and was very rude. They kept asking me to roll my window down and I replied that I will speak louder. This angered the clerk and they had attitude from there on out. Once my order was complete I pulled up to pay with cash and I was told they do not take cash and can not break my bill. I paid with card and when my bakery items were given to me, they weren’t warmed up. The drinks were terrible! I ordered a latte with Soy milk for my daughter and they failed to prepare it correctly. My daughter got sick due to this. By far the worst customer service and both clerks were disrespectful. This Starbucks is terrible.

This review is for Corporate who apparently does not stand with humanity. Respectfully your employees and potential future employees deserve better and should be praised for being a voice for the voiceless. ?For 20 years I have been a loyal customer. I can’t think of another company I have supported more. 78 days I have not come to Starbucks and I will never step foot or use your products again until you decide to be ethical.

I spend $23.00 every morning at Starbucks so at least I should be satisfied 60% with food and services. I am not expecting much I know it can be stressful sometimes but at least they can do better. The sausage should be cooked well.

So basically at 6 AM I ordered an espresso macchiato for me and a strawberry acai lemonade with light ice. it was just plain juice. and no ice and service sucked!
