The cashier is not polite the people who serve the food have bad customer service , really totally dissatisfied, I ask for dark meat chicken when they call my number they have white meat on the plate , I ask nicely to change my chicken since I ask for dark meat they refuse to change they says they don’t have dark meat , when they have a lot of whole chicken there . I eat the chicken that I don’t want to , then when I finish eating I want to buy 2 1/4 to take to my family had the cashier told me straight they don’t have dark meat , I says so the chicken you bought here don’t have legs ? Then she says we yes served dark meat to other customer. You know I pay for food , the meal is not for free , so I suppose to get what I want with my money , definitely I will not returned here even that I like the chicken , the people here is terrible .

Don't be fooled by the picture, this lomo is terrible. Steak looks boiled, has minimal flavor and it's not cheap. So disappointed. Rice is also balled and stuck together.

The food used to be good. But it's been a while since they've had too much salt. The chicken is very salty. So much that you can't eat it. The view of the restaurant would improve if they served on non-disposable plates. Customer service is good. And the food comes out fast.
The food is awesome. I got the chicken and steak combo with a Peruvian drink and the rice and beans and plantains as sides. The chicken is seasoned well and cooked perfectly. I wish the steak was a bit more rare, but the seasoning, sauces and the fact the meat was tender overcame my usual desire to see more pink. I am always skeptical about getting rice and beans, but they blended well and I enjoyed adding some of the green spice to add some kick (never really know where I am supposed to use sauces on the side, but I manage to find delicious ways to consume them). The place is a bit dated, but there was signage they were moving to a new location. I didn't see a specific date listed.
