I come to the 4 or 5 times per week. The staff are always cordial. I commend them all, but give special cudos to the store manager Emma. Great business demeanor while also making you feel very welcome.

- the Italian BMT I ordered was pretty good, the meat seemed fresh but the veggies didn't seem the most fresh. Everything had decent flavor for the most part. The lady didn't understand that I wanted red wine vinegar and oregano on it though.- prices are normal for the area.- place was clean and organized.- staff were mostly all friendly.- a little small on the inside so when busy it can be annoying.- overall not the worst subway I've ever had.

I placed an order online for a footlong turkey and ham sandwich. I went and picked up my food and came back to my job to have my lunch. When I opened my sandwich there was no ham just a few slices or turkey and it was overloaded with the veggies. I called to advise that my food was incorrect, and they don't even answer the phone. I work at the urgent care in the shopping center, so I grab lunch from here all the time and it just seems like my food is always wrong.

Absolutely abysmal service. Unfriendly, rude, even antagonistic. I was went in this morning about 10 am to get a sandwhich with a coupon. The total was $3.87 and I had exact change. Most cashiers like it when you give them exact change. This cashier who barely speaks any English, handed me back a quarter that is scratched up. I think she said it was no good, but I could not understand her. I said its US currency and I can see its a quarter. I see George Washnignton on it. Then I don't know really what she said, and I said it is valid currency and vendors have to accept it. If you don't like the condition of the coin then exchange it at a bank. Then I think she say to me why don't you take it to a bank. I said because I am using it to buy this sadnwhich, and I left.

The lady who works at this location today on June/28/22 was coughing and she even sneezed on my sandwich while making it, she didn’t care to change my sandwich or ask an apologize plus she cleaned her nose on her shoulder.The worse dirty place beings COVID and flues in people food.I can’t eat it now and going to sleep hungry but will keep to return it by any other staff by tomorrow.

The food tastes fine, but the staff is generally careless. On several separate occasions I had to repeat what I ordered and it still was wrong most of the time (despite all being non-custom items from the menu). My primary issue and why I will not go back to this place is when I ordered an item from the menu, with no changes, and I was informed the price on that item had changed days prior but they didn't get a chance to change the sign. I was charged $11 for a $7.25 item. I do not recommend this Subway.
