I always like to try the same sandwich at different Subways to see how consistent it is. This place, did a great job, I really enjoyed my sandwich. The place was well stocked, organized and spotless.

this place has been right on lately the prices have been very competitive (some other places combos prices around there kfc roy's jersey mike's maybe five guys if you don't get the fries and get water so just a cheeseburger) the menu has been a blast and i have the option of customizing myself (though with the series menu options i feel like i'd have to order through my phone to get the sandwich the way it is described as opposed to picking everything myself and getting the same sandwich again and again) the shopping center vibe here is real cool it's by the alexandria music bread and water primo's safeway cvs the liquor store dunkin donuts i am just a few blocks away in a suite in a office building it's a nice break coming in i've walked there before or gotten dropped off there too so wishing for some fantasy to think of dungeons and dragons which i don't play or a busy campus or road life being on tour reading the experiences of henry miller but also the safety so lessons about complaints and isolation and stigma and ways of including my family while avoiding problems yeah this place definitely makes me happy the other day i got a tuna and another time a ham (before i used to get the cold cut and the spicy italian usually might have to get around to the meatball) the footlongs are great i think there's so many choices here i won't burn out the white bread the hearty multi grain italian herbs and cheeses the option to have it toasted chip choices and maybe a water instead of a fountain drink the option for a cookie for desert there's a i think indian guy whose usually here whose been here forever he's helpful and runs a tight operation the food is sort of like down to a science how good it is like the portion and the way things jive and coalesce the meshing of flavors and the procedures to make the meal great time at subway no issues and the excitement of getting outside losing weight from a quick walk

Very disappointing experience at this location. Placed an online order for pick to be ready by 12:45pm. We arrived early around 12:35pm and sat in the restaurant next to the pickup shelf. No one else was eating in the store, however two customers came in and out during our wait, placing orders at the counter. When it hit 12:45pm I looked at the shelf and my order was not yet there and my online status indicated that it was still being made. I then asked one of the three ladies if my order was ready, my name is 'Heather'. She said yes it's here, sitting behind her on the counter behind the register. I questioned her as to why it wasn't placed on the Pickup Shelf and Why not one of the three ladies cared to ask if we were waiting for an order, as there were several order's sitting on this counter. She replied we keep the orders here. Then told me to pick out my bag of chips and pointed to the cups to make my drink. I carried on and went about my business making my drink. One of the three ladies called for me as I was making my drink to explain all orders placed online/mobile are kept behind the counter. I then asked how was I suppose to know this with no signage telling me to check in at the register for my order. In addition not one of you cared to ask if we were waiting for an order. The lady then stated I was immature and another then says 'Bitch next time I'll just let someone steal your Shit'. I then replied whose the immature one now and that I will definitely be reporting this to someone. There were three other people in line ordering at the time this altercation took place. I'm most disturbed that these ladies (that don't deserve to be called ladies) had no regard for my 9 yr old daughter or the others around. I felt the need to leave the store before they chose to get louder and escalate the situation. It was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for.Our family has frequented numerous Subways throughout the country and I've never felt so disheartened and upset over such customer service. These three ladies need to be reprimanded and taught what customer service is about. Their lack of regard for their words and actions is extremely troubling.

subway Belleville Alexandria VA. Now & then get a sandwich. Horrible horrible. Have not changed. Pressed down sandwiches. Firehouse so my chance better. Hopefully never will go back again. Ads u see on TV this subway does no at all look like that.

I came to this Subway restaurant in order to have a grilled chicken foot-long wrap with many vegetables. I really enjoyed my dining experience. The restaurant was clean and quiet.
Used to be the best one in the area. NOT ANYMORE! the kid sprinkled the lettuce on and when I asked for more he sprinkled a few more shreds so once again I asked for more, he looked at me like I was a space alien! The same with the onions and oil and vinegar! They thinned out the cold cuts(allegedly healthier) but jacked the prices ( they will blame Covid) If I am paying 9.00 for processed meats that are so thin you can see thru them I may as well spend a few dollars more and get a freshly sliced meat sub from Jersey Mikes! I wish this Subway luck but it will not be from my money!

If you're ordering for pickup, check inside your sandwich before you leave!I've relied on Subway for convenient meatless sandwiches for years and have recently been a frequent customer here, but at 3 pm today when the whole staff apparently had one job, one sandwich to make, they carelessly put a ton of ham that I did not order on my sandwich.I would advise anyone with dietary restrictions to use extreme caution when ordering here because they're not paying attention to what they put into your food.

Frustrated due to of all the lunch options & Subways in the area, we manage to order from the one that does not honor the $5 Foot-Long Special that is pumped non-stop on TV. Ordered through the App as directed and for some reason it does not recognize which ones honor it or not. What a scam, by the time you realize it you have already been charged. Somewhere in the ordering I am sure its my fault, but ordering food for lunch should not be a full-time job. Don't have Subways on the App that don't honor the sales campaigns. On top of that the sandwiches was subpar Subway. Barely any vegetables even with ordering all of them. The Restaurant itself was neat & orderly, and the staff friendly.
