I love this Tropical Smoothie. It’s very clean inside. Alicia Damaris always greets everyone who enters the building with a big smile on her face. She is very nice and professional. She always has my online order ready when I walk-in the mornings. Keep up the great work guys ?

Today I purchased their new Açaí Bowl.. 10.29 +tax.. The bowl tasted okay for the products they used but the three stars are because the bowl itself was about half the size you get at most other smoothie bars for a little more.. The açaí itself was pre-frozen so it was not made fresh, the granola was almost like powered and a very thin coating.. if you eat açaí bowls you know they typically will have a nice layer of granola (real granola) and enough PB to actually taste with every bite.. lastly what I ordered was supposed to have coconut but alas no coconut was added.

Good morning: I visit this tropical smoothie location almost on a daily basis and they provide exceptional service. The crew that is there during day on the weekdays are very customer oriented and provide service with a smile. I had to ask them their name as they deserve the recognition they work so hard for. Lilian, Angie, Alicia and Yeni please continue to do what you guys do on a daily basis as it definitely reflects. I highly recommend this Tropical smoothie location without a hesitation.

I got the sunrise sunset smoothie and found it to be refreshing. A large serving for price, I was very happy with the whole experience. Friendly staff and a clean store, will be coming back.

Worst tropical Smoothie place I've been to. I ordered the chicken chorizo(don't want chorizo)wrap, and all I had in my wrap was chips, lots of lettuce, some black beans, and rice No chicken. Waste of money. I'm never going there again.

I really like coming to this location, but I did not like my experience with one of the staff. She literally ignored me and went to other customers. She never acknowledged me. I’m not sure what that was about. I came closer to the register and she never bothered to ask me anything. However Alicia was very pleasant, she acknowledged me and offered me a smoothie and apologized for the order. The rude young lady was a young Caucasian girl with short hair and tattoos. She needs to get some extra training in customer service. I like coming to the King Street location because it closer to my job, but I don’t mind taking my money elsewhere. Thank Alicia for your positive attitude she’s an excellent example of great customer service.

I reached out to them to explain and kept getting hung up on.The second order I'm missing items from my order. I don't understand why it's so hard to get a simple order correct the first time. Went to a location in falls church and they forgot to add ranch to my sandwich. Drove Lyft for a little and noticed I was near the king st location. Stopped in and bought another drink and asked for the ranch. The ladies looked at me like I was nuts ( probably language miscommunication) but they gave it to me. So thank you.
