What I like most is when Kennedy has my beer on the bar ready for me to drink

Great Beer and laid back atmosphere. It was their monthly open Mic night. Lots of awesome local talent showing off their skills. Always run into friends I know when I visit.

Stopped by here while camping at the state park. Staff was great. Immediately get good vibes walking in the door. Nice little place. Loved the horseshoe theme and the variety of beers. The chocolate and habanero stout was great!!

12 in house brews on tap. Been here twice and enjoyed it both times. Seems to be a hangout for old farts.

Loose Shoe is our all time favorite brewery. We moved to Amherst a few years ago and were kind of skeptical about a brewery in a shopping center and didn't try it out for a while, but once we did, we were very sorry we waited so long. The owners are super friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and if you go again and again, you'll be treated like family by everyone. The beer is great and rotates often. They have a crowler machine so you can take beer to go, they offer snacks and you can bring in food! We moved away in August and miss it terribly.
If Cheers was ever set in a brewery, this would be the stage for it- everyone ended up knowing my name by the time I Ieft. Tremendously friendly atmosphere, and more importantly, about a dozen great beers on tap. I told the brewmaster on my way out after buying a crowler that Loose Shoe Brewery is a gem and I'm putting a huge pushpin on my map to make sure I come back, but with a crew of IPA-thirtsty beer drinkers next time. And tere will be a next time...

Are you looking for a brew that hits the spot? Look no further. Loose Shoe has everything a beer filled heart can desire. So, if you find yourself on Route 29 around Amherst be sure to stop by and have a pint or two. The great beer is complimented by great service and super friendly Loosesholigans that make the experience grand. Cheers!!

A very unassuming brewery operated by extremely welcoming staff and full of great patrons. They offer a wide variety of styles. I only had time for a quick beer with my wife and the IPAs we had left a little to be desired. However I will say we would be back to try others again. This place is run by good people.
