This is a small cafe located on Columbia Pike with great coffee! I’ve had an Iced Mocha from here twice and it was delicious both times! They use really good coffee beans and great chocolate which blend so well together!They have pastries for purchase as well in the cafe and they run seasonal and monthly specials on drinks and treats. I always get an Iced Mocha with Oatmilk but my partner loves their Cold brew too. They have a variety of syrup types to add to your coffee and they sell premium coffee bean bags as well to take home.This cafe also has seats making it good for coffee dates or a work from home spot and they have a restroom as well on site. The staff is really friendly and they have great service.There is also plenty of free parking available at this location. They are based in a strip mall and there is also an EV charging station in this lotParking: Lots of parking spots available in the strip mall and an EV charging station.

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area. The medium roasts are perfect for my palate. They are rich, and brew up delicious in pour overs and in a drip coffee pot. The baked goods are delectable, especially the crumb cake.

Wow. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. This was my first time visiting but they welcomed me as if I was a regular. I was early for an appointment down the street so I stopped in to Beanetics to do some work. The front of the space was separated with glass to show where they roasted all different kinds of beans. I wasn't planning to get coffee but their March madness special latte sounded too good to pass. I ordered an iced version of that and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was perfectly toasted, solid overall. The coffee was GOOD. It had brown sugar syrup and an amaretto foam. The reason I give this place four stars is because it was EXPENSIVE. $11 for both of those items. The large latte was $7 and change. However, I would visit again if I was in the area.

My daughter in law has been enjoying your coffee for quite a few years. She was in the area 3/11 and 12(dates matter in this case) so she brought me a long. I love the vibe and cozy feeling!I ordered a cold brew. Best damn brew I'd tasted, in fact, I came back in on 3/18, 19, and 20 for more!I then went back on Monday of this week (3/25) before work and had a very different cold brew. No flavor, just bitter and tastes burned. I came in again and spoke with Tina who told me that sometimes when a new batch of cold brew is made by someone different, it changes. Here's my two cents - have the person who brewed the coffee early March continue making the batches - Delicious!!On a different note, Tina and two young guys who work for you are fabulous! Friendly, kind, attentive, and funny.

It's good to be a regular here!Parking: Plenty of free parking at this strip mall. There's an EV charging station too, where I plug in while enjoying Beanetics. I do caution that only one of the two EV chargers is currently operational, so worth checking on app if it's available.

I didn't go to this coffee shop very often in the past because I felt that the customer service was cordial, but not super friendly. The employees always seemed to be talking to each other and only working when they had to work (ie when a customer came in). However, during the month of December, I decided to stop in to get my husband a bag of coffee and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and my chai latte. I asked for a recommendation similar to French roast and the young lady looked up the information on her computer and gave me the recommendation. She was very helpful. I purchased the bag and my husband really liked it! As for the chai latte, in the past, it was never sweetened, so when I took it to my car to drink--boy, was it bitter! This time, the chai latte was sweetened for me. I appreciated that very much. Some of the reviews on here complain that the quality of the coffee has declined. To be honest, my tastebuds are not as good as they used to be since menopause (TMI!!), so I couldn't attest to quality of drinks. As for the increase in prices, I never went often enough for it to make a dent in my checkbook, but inflation has hit everywhere, hasn't it? I cannot think of any place that has NOT increased prices. The one critique I have is that the new employees probably need more training, not only in how to make drinks, but perhaps in counting back change. The man--who was not young--gave me incorrect change. It was off by 10 cents, but still.....that's a pretty important skill. For everything else, I like the improvements in the decor and also the improvements in customer service. I have actually started going in more often due to the new changes.
