Where do I begin, we had just gotten into DC after a long day, and really wanted some food delivered to the hotel. We ordered some food through toast, a delivery service for Banditos, with the expectations of an order being at our hotel within 35 to 40 minutes. We waited for our food to be delivered, and when the driver got close, we went downstairs to meet them to get our food. The driver, made a lap around our building and then drove off with our food, never to return. I attempted to call the driver 2 to 3 times, just to get hung up on. This is where it gets good, I called Banditos and spoke to a young guy and expressed my problems to him, and honestly at first I thought I was going to get nowhere with this. After about 5 minutes I received a phone call from devin, the store manager. After a few minutes of talking with her, I could tell immediately that she was all about customer service. Not only did she remake our food after 2 hours of waiting for food, she also spent her own money out of her own pocket to call the Uber for our food, and have it delivered to our hotel. I don't know how many other people would have went as far as she did to get our food to us, but it was much appreciated, and as far as customer service goes, it's the best experience I've ever had. So, thank you Devin for the excellent food, customer service and acting like a manager and decent person should. She should definitely get a raise.

When I first came in the environment was very welcoming with music the perfect lighting and a very pleasant server by the name of Leanne. She greeted us quickly and proceed to take our order and we did not have to experience a long wait time which is much appreciated these days. The art along with the vibe here was nothing short of amazing! Will definitely be back

Met up with a friend on a Thursday evening, pretty lively all around. Ordered a pineapple margarita and chorizo jalapeño popper empanadas this time. Good textured guac and seasoned chips (tajín?). Drinks and food came pretty fast. Margarita was refreshingly strong. They have a Taco Tuesday special all day that's pretty nice (discount on tacos and drink prices).

Spent about a week in the DC area on vacation. We are here on the first day and ended up coming back for a second time. Great food and fairly priced. Portion sizes are plenty. Great for kids as well. Jennifer A served us and she did a great job.
