You're better off going to Five Guys. Here you place your own order and pay (yet there is still a tip prompt at the end!). The food was bland and portions small (like 12 fries and a piece of filler paper at the bottom). You're basically paying the same price but with less ways to customize your burger.

This sandwich is basically a chicken nugget. While I do love the loaded fries skip this chils size chicken sandwich. Everything here is made fresh and I do love the burgers just stay away from the chicken nugget sandwich...

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this spot was! I got one of their regular cheeseburgers and it was really good. I did a pick up order but the inside was clean and there's tons of seating. The burger 9/10 - meaty and delicious also filling The string fries - they weren't super skinny but still very delicious 8/10 The service was good, my food was ready on time. Overall, great lunch spot! I'll definitely be going back. Also, the prices aren't too crazy depending on the type of burger you order.

The food was not good. Their “basic sauce” tasted heavily of old bay seasoning, and the burger itself was too salty. The soda tasted watered down. When you consider how much you pay, you expect the food to be damn near perfect. I will not be returning.

Wanted a quick grab with an american pub style and burger joint mix to it; this was the place to go! Had all the sports games on along with ESPN in the background. The nachos were huge and had ample accessories to it which made it delicious all the way to the end versus many restaurants that just stack everything on the top. The waitress was timely and polite! Honestly it had a great feel and I have 0 complaints about this place.

Good food, if pricey for a burger meal. They do not accept cash and I do not like being held hostage for a tip at the point of sale.

This is a great neighborhood spot! It has become a go-to for my family. Pros: The burgers are the best "fast food" burgers you can get in the area. This may be a controversial statement, but I think they're better than Shake Shack :-) They're the perfect balance--flavorful without being greasy. Also love the topping offerings, always fresh with enough variety that you can really customize your burger. Patties are thin, but the burgers are deceptively large and I always leave stuffed. Also love the fries, so addicting. Perfect shoestring size and they offer a couple of seasoning options. Another great thing about Basic Burger is that their non-burger options are quite good for a burger place. My son is a big fan of their hot dog and their kale caesar salad is a hidden gem. They also have good milkshakes and the bar area is a bonus if you're there and want a alcoholic drink. Cons: It feels a little pricey for fast food. Burgers and fries for a family can easily run $50 (or more with drinks). However, I'm not sure that you can find anything cheaper that is of the same quality so I definitely find it worth the trip.

Decent hamburgers/sandwiches. I don't think there is much to rave about. Can't speak on service because there is no real interaction, as you order on the tablet and pick up a buzzer to know when your food is ready. They have a bar area where a few patrons were watching the football game.
