Not sure what the bad reviews are about because this is the best baskin robbins I've been to! It's super clean & quaint and the employees are so welcoming. They have more choices than you could ask for and I love it

Fast and friendly service. The coffee was hot and the place was clean.
guy used a dirty glove that he handled cash with to make my ice cream cone. The ice cream tasted “freezer burnt” the scoop he used was wet dripping brownish water onto my ice cream. i still paid for it and ate 1/2. No longer is Baskin Robbins my “go to place” when i crave ice cream

I ordered a celebration cake 2 days in advance and they lost my order! They replaced it with another larger cake with a different ice cream. They get points for trying....

Yesterday, first day of spring for many of us. There was only one person during rush hour. We waited about 45 minutes to be helped. The guy was very nice and kept the calm while was very busy. The two things I’m that bothered me was that the vanilla ice cream was outdated/ icy and yukk! Also did not have just chocolate ice cream. Seriously? Not chocolate ice cream? The three basics of any store? Strawberry, Vanila and chocolate? Last, no spins at te counter. Whoever manages this store on Lee Highway please ensure you have someone else 4hs shift to cover the rush time: 2-6pm. I don’t blame it on the cashier.
